And if you read his statement on the BBC site you will understand that Warnock was never a real proposition as a manager for us. Then there are no real other candidates better qualifed to get us out of the mess we are ( on the pitch)

Ok then who would you have had as manager? within a budget we could afford of course, and putting an untried manager into this situation, bottom of the league, zero points and a squad with little confidence is quite frankly ridiculous.

I would say that Brew was the best option, Lets face it, In reality Warnock was going to be way out of price and too much of a gamble, what does he know of ICT and Scottish football? he had to look at the map to see where we are. Coyle again was going to cost and is also unproven at the top level, Robbo was also not a serious choice, Parkie was more thought of during their spell here. Lennon/Elvis was too much of a risk... not when we are bottom, mind Lambert at Livvy? Brew it has to be said was not my choice, but i'll support him and more importantly the team.

Brewster has proved he is NOT a good manager. :018: He had a good squad of players at ICT :021: which pulled him through. His style of football was CRAP! :008: And our fabulous board go and reemploy him - beyond belief!!! :33: Warnock was too knowledgeable for our top men - FULL STOP!
