Nobody seems to have started it so Scotty can delete or alter it. Anyway our team is: Esson, Duff Rossco Grant Shinnie Hayes Duncan Ross Foran Odihambo Rooney No start for McCann, no place on the bench for Gillet - his injury seems to be dragging on eh? team looks ok though, here;s for 3 points!!

The words "Inverness" & "Thistle" have always seemed superfluous. Welcome back B Hornell ! To be honest Charlie only responds to threads of this nature, never starts them... but he does get up on the box when given the opperchancity, as most journo's do!!

And we all know how accurate MOM is.... Shinnie lacks experience and Gillet will start as soon as he is fit enough ( hopefully this week) . I also hope Butch starts Russell this saturday, maybe he learnt his lesson after leaving him out against the saints, also we should start looking for a right back, McCann is only here till the end of december and i'm not all that bothered if he heads back to hibs, he's like a right sided Hastings.

Russell's role is not about glamour, more workhorse doing a difficult task - albeit doing it well, McCann was poor on saturday, Shinnie was getting caught out of position which left Granty to cover, which in turn left spaces. Why it took Butch so long to change it amazes me, but hey ho, we didnt get beat.

And some old yins...... Cowdenbeath in the fifties! Caley had some great cup games.. Airdire in the scottish cup, 2-2 and a win on penalties, beating Clyde as well. I will never forget CT's (no Inverness at that time) first league game - humping Arbroath 5-2. Parkhead in feb 2000, Tynecastle 3-1 in the cup as well, Beating Ayr 4-3 after being 3-0 down. Beating Hearts 2-0 after Robbo had just been headhunted by them, Chanting ' thankyou very much for taking Robbo' over and over again! Ayr 7-0 Rangers 2-1 at home, Tims 3-2 at home.... jeez the list goes on and on.

Yes they did. Tbh he's playing as good now as he has all sesson, I got accused of being his mate n only bugging him up for that reason... fail. I have to say... thats crap, first few games of the season he was poor, got pushed off the ball too easy, didnt get involved, didnt chase back to defend, however i delighted to see he has improved and most of the fans around me in the Bridge end agree that he is looking the part - now!

I've become very impressed with young Nick, he's come on leaps and bounds since the start of the season, but he cant keep Foran out of the team for obvious reasons. Eric deserves to start as can not only score but set up goals, this is what Nick must work on. So, the original post has my vote.
