  1. Roony needs to learn something from Mcfadden.....His usual is get one on one with the keeper, then shoot it straight to the keeper, whereas as Mcfadden did yesterday, cool as a cucumber, round the keeper into the net!! Top class!!
  2. Craig Levein got Robbo in to train his strikers near the end of last season or so....im sure Robbo would be more than happy to come in for a few practise sessions? They dont come much better than him to hit the bag!
  3. not seen enough of him (unfortunately for me) to make comment, but from what i have seen i thought he was alrite, although not hugely match fit when on the occasions i have seen of him.
  4. A new season, and different players at different clubs, and new manager for motherwell...really should mean a clean slate eh? Think its one of the better teams we could have got!! No too shabby!!
  5. I can make that, seeing as its closer most of the other teams! Battle of the jaggies! Should be a good game. 20 days later we play them in the league if im not mistaken?
  6. Still nae word about Shorts and Socks? my Away top is crying out to be worn at 7's!
  7. Quite rightly so, Blacky should be a starter. Or hopefully he wont for a while, and the same rumour that happened with Fraser is that he will come back to us on loan!!
  8. Been done! Went to school with Scott.
  9. Naaaaaeee chance. If i saw a photo of it id believe it.
  10. The TCS should be a place that no team likes to come!! Just doesnt happen that way.
  11. Aberdeen were brutal today, defence was shocking! They will be in a relegation battle any more games like that!
  12. Nae good Dundee getting beat when we arent up yet! Come on Caley!
  13. I think he can, and i think he will. He will surely be picked ahead of Rooney so dont see why he wont get a good few chances. Im sure him and Foran giving a partnership could turn out nice for us!
  14. Wost birthday ever! I never pin hopes on Scotland winning when they play. Just with i could wish Caley too mind you.
  15. Ill make do with the under 19's...techinically speaking, im not under 19. Reserves!!
  16. Man City are my 'english club', or should i say were. I liked them when they were underdogs. Now they are expected to win but they still wont. I predict Man City are going to be the same as Dundee this year - all money, no action. Seems the Abu Dhabi owners of Man City have told Managers and Players that if they aint in the top 4 this season, they will all be out! Hooooooooft!
  17. Sorry quoted the wrong guy. Ha thats cool, i wondered to myself as soon as i read that...how many bus stops on Halbeath road is there to sit on a wall on...then i thought how random would it for Dougie to be sitting in his Match top and jeans waiting on a bus :P Glad you said the likeness stopped when i looked round, dont know if id take that as a compliment or no no offence to wee Doug! Take it you were on the supporters bus? I saw the bus coming and wondered if it was the players bus but knew it was too early. I was heading to the bowlplex for a bev...all my pars fan friends fell out with me!! :D
  18. hopefully its weeks, not months. Although, preferably days!
  19. Season ticket holders numbers are quite intriguing to know this year - shows how many people are going to either forget about us as we are not SPL, get behind us for the bounce back, and how many people are going to be sitting around you in the stand when you go.
  20. Two games i was most looking forward to over the summer was Dens and County at home. Dens becuase its the title faves and some of my mates are Dunday supporters, and County at home for obvious reasons! Now my bands on tour in England for those two weekends! GUTTED!!! Especially after saturdays banter! Unreal!
  21. Well done mate. Your right, it would be a shame if two reasonably decent set of fans cant sit close. It would be a different matter mind you if the pars were taking us to the cleaners, scoring loads of goals and you rubbing salt in the wounds. However the game wasnt like that! Football is there to be enjoyed. I live localish to EEP nowadays, and have many friends from Dunfermline, alot of which are pars fans! They were gubbed when i seen them later ha! Its not that they lost, its the way they lost. Lets face it, if there wasnt two teams and two sets of fans, there would be no game!!
  22. i thought that scotty and ive tried that, but nothings happened for me, which i am even myself surprised about. Neither with Windows media player or quick time either. Used to have other players that played this sort of stuff, so ill try the vlc one.
  23. Have to be a member to view the sticky forum. Anyone got any other tips to view it?
  24. I love Lee Cox, but his absence at the start of the second half sways me towards Munro. He was outstanding, best game ive seen him in. Very calm and got in the way of everything. I reckon Terry has been coaching our defence big time. Zdebi-Zadi also looked cool as a cucumber, one of his better performances in the first half aswell! Keep up these performances and we will be picking up alot of clean sheets!
  25. georgeios - where did you see Imrie sitting on a wall waiting for a bus? who was he with and what was he wearing? see if we have the same people.
