Still gives me nightmares!! As much as i like it, I hate seeing us in under pressure games, as i have not the slightest bit faith that i used to have in the team in pressure games. 3 or 4 years ago and before, id relish cup games, pressure games and so on, as we would take it in our stride and take it on. Now - especially that last game of last season, the quarter final against Falkirk in the scottish cup aswell, we just arent the bravehearts we used to be ever since Brewster, through to Butcher - which i am not really saying is their fault. If it came down to ICT v Dundee in May to win the league, it embaresses me to say id put money on Dundee.

Just switched this on, gutted as i was wanting to know what they were going to put now for him. I thought the only possible thing to do was be captioned as Inverness manager? If this is down to him, i am very very dissapointed!

the games been recorded at my girlfriends, but is there any highlights online? was at the far end of the stand so i couldnt see what was really happening - all 5 goals were scored the other end.

Very VERY hard to take that one. I have some Dundee supporting mates, ive switched my phone off. Takes a bit to come to terms with something like that, dont need winded up about it. Not that i meant to, but my mind was wandering at half time, thinking if we give another 45 mins like that then ill get to see them lift the cup, so on , so forth. Then disaster struck. I do feel alot of the blame on Butcher though. Sanchez off - our most tactically minded player, who was creating most, off for Cox who added nothing. Then brings on Odi and Imrie in the 90th? I really couldnt belive the time it was when i saw that, truly ridiculous!! Hayes put his all in the first, he wasnt getting the ball or the runs in the 2nd, Imrie could have changed that with his engine!! But even though i dont give us much chance of the league, id happily give them that cup for the 3 points in the league. Onwards and upwards.....

To be fair to him, he was the one that went in for the tackle, who else did? and it was never a sending off, yellow card yes!

TBH it was the little things like this Cup that made me ease to the idea of first division football.....wee cup runs, being the underdogs in the scottish and league cups, but to be at least in the final of this alba, or even better to win it. I cant wait for sunday, have done for a while. Going to have a cracking day of it and get right behind the team. Its good to have a week off from the league and i hope the guys go out there and enjoy it, and hopefully with no one on their backs they play good football and come home on the bus with the silverware.

Staff are always top notch. Had a few dealings with the recently, latest being needing a refund for a double of order of tickets - no ones fault, but the websites. Quick and easy getting the money back! Keep up the good work!!

You know what i mean though m4tj, alot of fans, including people on this forum, thought it was going to be a walk in the park. granted, i always knew it was going to be hard but firmly believed, and still believe, we could do it. even i got a bit of a shock just HOW competitive the league is. Then again i wasnt expecting county and the likes to be taking maximum points off us. nae quite Alex, Airdrie were relegated on merit, but got a repreive coz of Livi's situation Pedant DSC What he said. However, i do take the 'diddy' part out of the equation. But i do mean the teams that are struggling in the league. I do think we will get a shock when we play the big teams, QOS away, Dundee at home etc. Worries me we cant get up for our local derby, never mind beating the league leaders.

Not driving, so gonna have to get a lift up or something, want to have a bevvy. ill be there + 2, and i honestly cannot wait!!

We thought we would demolish the first division, look how competitive this turned out to be. we are sitting 4th as we have beaten all the diddy teams recently, your ayr's and airdrie's, once we start playing the big boys will show where we should be...although id obviously like to be wrong.

One things for sure, no manager in their right mind that is in a secure management job - your mcleish's, strachan's, levein's, moye's etc etc are going to come to the scotland job - no one wants it!! However, at this moment in time, id put a bet on Smithy leaving Rangers after January, and hes the man that could do it, again, in my eyes.

isnt it strange how our form is slightly turning round? 2 home wins, 1 away loss. This is definitely make or break. have to say unless we up our game, im slightly worried. sure, we can beat the diddy teams by 4 and 5 goals.....but when it comes to the bigger teams and we dont up our game for them, we are dreadful. whatever happens next week, the week after getting a result against partick would be very welcoming, then its a big one against queens, and take it from there...

i think dougie starting is a good thing, because bringing on hayes as a sub he runs straight at defenders who are tired. i didnt see ronney today, but i think since odiambho scored, he could deserve his place in front rooney.. if not id go for same 11 again. cant change a team who are getting results!

Considering Sanchez got hooked so early, maybe he is one. but then his assists were what gave us so many goals in 2 games.

Or in our case, Win away, draw at home would be doable. Its not must-win..but considering all the leader QOS, Dundee, Partick, Raith are playing the bottom 4, it looks like we would lose alot of ground on the pack at the top. But if we win, could see us in a nice poisition. Beat County, score more goals than Partick, and hopefully one of the other three draw, could send us up a few places! How nice!! But forget that, make sure WE win!!

Well random me knows, but whilst we have a topic of team photo pictures, does anyone know of or seen any caley thistlse stickers, with the logo or what not. Fancied putting one on one of my guitar guards, so im thinking 1 or 2 inch tall. Tried the shop bargain bin and everything, nowt. I have small pin badges but they aint any good.

I think you have to remember that, as its such a journey to the central belt from inverness, its quite a different support that go to the ICT home and away. I try and come up as much as i can, but there are times i cant but i do make sure i get to the away games. I try and make an effort for that as i know the away supports can be quite low. So it could be the difference in the people in the crowd about the singing. I know what your saying about the unclapping, and i agree with you, i think it is rude. To not clap good football and shout support and applaud players, you would be aswell not being there. I wouldnt like to think it is because it is "naff" to support ICTFC.

We would be top of the league if we were to play all our games away. 2 points at home just aint good enough. Sort the home form out, keep the away form we have, weve cracked it. I think the next few games are vital...get the wins at home, beat county away, confidence is high for the Alba Cup Final, our season has then started!

Has to go with last weeks formation. if it aint broke........BUT Ill have Hayes in before Rooney, either that or Barrowman and change the formation a bit to suit. Hayes on the wing obviously though. Just dont give me Rooney.

Anyone else having difficulty buying tickets off the on-line ticket office? im not a season ticket holder, but i thought it was open to everyone as from today? EDIT: Confirmation finally came through. Next question, i bought 3 tix, 2 student ones.....do i have to send in proof of the students cards before my tix get sent out?

I take it you are student or under 16 that you are getting them for ?3? or is there a sneaky way you are talking about for anyone to get them for ?3?

Get Iain Stewart in there, seen Billy Urqhuart recently aswell looking tip top, sure he would be up for a shot. In more recent times Rankin, Cowie, maybe too recent but would show what we have lost. I agree....a team from our last time in the first division, the current team would get torn a new one.
