Ive noticed this loads of times, it really is annoying. Only person i have see making at an attempt at throw ins is Sanchez. He is always about to be on the end of a throw in - if hes being marked, then he makes an attempt to lose his marker, mostly succeeding.
  2. I always have a bad feeling about games that we got a good result the game before. Always have faith in a comeback aswell though, even though it doesn't always pan out. Roll on the next 45.
  3. ...but boy i bet Brian Kerr had signed on for Caley last season. Not getting Dundee promoted, and watching Caley take 'their' place, now axed at Dundee. Seems money isnt everything - especially when some people dont know what to do with it (Dundee board).
  4. Stats mean nothing....its a game of football, anything can happen. With alot of 'top-six' teams struggling...aberdeen, hibs etc, i see no reason in why a top-six place isnt a possibility. We just need to focus on our game, make sure WE win.
  5. A cracking guy, was always a pleasure to talk to in hospitality. Good luck for all in the future Darren.

So what time does the game start on BBC Alba then?
  7. At the start of the season i remember looking at a site that had all the SPL fixtures, with an icon next to it of either sky, alba, or espn for whatever game would be shown on what channell. Now for the life of me i cant find it!! Anyone remember?
  8. Agreed, id say right-back was more in an emergency. Cant wait for McCann to come back. Hopefully in the next few weeks after the international break we see some faces back.
  9. Didnt enjoy the last 7 minutes at all, even though we had good chances to kill it aswell. All in all, good day out, good singing support, and everyone was behind the lads. Safe journey up the road those who came from Inverness to the game
  10. Great day. Thought Proctor should have been dropped because of his performances of late, but dont know who would take his place considering our injuries. But thought the team we had after Proctor went off should have started the game. We did well. Duff at right-back was good, even though he was doing well in midfield. Nick Ross, i thought, had a no bad game today. Excellent 3 points!! These are the type of games we HAVE to win, taking points off the 'wee teams' that are around us.
  11. What did we go down on in 2009, 37? If so ill say 38. Somehow i dont think it will come to that though.

    Time will Tel!
  13. I was gutted i had a gig in Edinburgh tonight before the draw was made and put us with Celtic tonight. Now getting pelted on my facebook because i said i would be missing history being made whilst i was at a gig and not the game......i was right, but the wrong kind of history. Roll on Saturday....away in the league

Mahenio are you for real? I think its a good thing. Lets face it with the injuries we had there was no chance. If we had our first team squad, then fair enough play the first team, but i think everyone knew there was no chance tonight. Im glad of the team he played, keeps some fresh legs for St Mirren in the league - which is our PRIORITY. Being out the league cup gives more focus on the league. Get our safety in the SPL done first, then we will go on to win the scottish cup
  15. Why not i suppose. Nothing to lose really, and think the boys will do well. They will have a point to prove they can match up, so just go out and enjoy it lads.

I must be tripping. Ive had it in my head it was BBC Alba. Damn.
  17. Kylef replied to TopSix's topic in Caley Thistle
Im right in saying this game is on BBC Alba, yes?
  18. Totally agree. Esson is a wonderful penalty saver. For a couple of years i have thought this, as last year in the alba cup when we faced Partick on penalties i was confident in Esson.
  19. Get a winner!'
  20. Wednesday 22nd it is then. Gutted....my band have a gig in Edinburgh that night!!! :irritated:
  21. I agree with Kencar. I have often wondered during games when things arent going our way, who is on our bench to change a game? Duff isnt going to be that man, but it probably a sensible signing while we have injuries. He wasnt bad for the games he did play for us.
  22. Did Imrie celebrate?? As in overdo it, or was there respect shown?
  23. Kylef replied to ICTFCkev's topic in Caley Thistle
Well said Johnboy. Seeing as he has nothing but praise for ICT and its fans, and was always a polite person to speak to, there would be no booing from me. Sure the players will repsect him too....just not too much, hopefully.

    Pfffffffffffft! It just gets worse!
  25. Haha great post. Guy was standing right in front of me the whole game with this box....and what must have been stale chewing gum. The missus said he reminded her of 'a guy off chewing the fat'. Twas indeed keys that was in the box though.
