  1. as i said, ive never been one for lionel crushing, ive seen him do some effective things, but if you were there yesterday you would know how damaging he was. woeful. notice the people who are sticking up for him werent there yesterday. too many chances and hes not matching up to them. whereas Golabek aint maldini or whatever comparison you are making, but hes far more effective in every game i have seen him in.

Loved it! an abolutely joy to be a part of.....seeing as it wasnt so much a joy to watch :021:
  4. would usually have a slow depressing drive back home after a defeat, but wasnt like that tonite. i can only put that down to the absolutely amazing atmosphere today - truly fantastic. only reason i didnt join is because i had a gig tonite and ive learnt from past games to save the vocal chords. just want to make the point the scoreline really flattered killie. did nothing special. we had a good few shots, but seems Bell is in the form of his life in the last two games hes played which ive seen. im not a lionel hater as much as most on here....but hes back to his old tricks. did absolutely nothing right today, and was at fault for at least something for the goals probably. woeful. should never have took Golly out.
  5. At this moment in time, i woulnt be disappointed to see Terry still on the bench next season. Whether this is to do with the latest run of form i dont know. But keep it up and id be happy to see him stay. He knows he would have to take a cut in wages, and a whole different contract negotiation, but this is expected from a division 1 club. I think until the league is clear cut and everyone knows whats going to happen, no deals will be offered for the time being.
  6. YEEEEEEEEEES!!! Thank god!!! Not a Barrowman hater, but for the fact Butcher was never going to play him and was the biggest earner he had to go. And i dont really care if we paid him off witha fee - its better than having him bleeding us dry for the next 18 months.

If we didnt have Hayes, we would be in trouble. But good luck to him. Liked him as a player and was a really nice guy when i met him. Glad his last game against Motherwell can be the one people remember him by. Good we got some money for him rather than losing him later in the season for nothing - thats the only positive i get out of it.
  8. Bought, with paypal fees!! Ive waited a long time for this.

Some fans should be ashamed of themselves if the part of the reason he was happy to leave was because of some of our fans. However, if he thought our fans were bad, i cant imagine he will feel the best own there. Sad to see him go, but onwards and upwards, for both player and club hopefully.

Id be on the side with the people that would like to see him stay. I rate him, an he can be a big thing for us, even as the super sub that he has become. But for the best interest of the club, it might be worth him going. Either we sell him and get some money for him, or we give him another contract. We only have 4 players signed up for next season, surely a big player such as Imrie could be number 5.
  11. Im going!!! You cant not keep supporting this team in this form!!! Im conifdent we will make it to the quarters!! Or hopeful at least!! Hope theres a big support for this one.

Not seen anything on this, but what does it mean that Imrie was left out of the side yesterday?
  13. great game, great player. glad to see him back yesterday, and hopefully for a while.
  14. look at the way partick scored first - 25 yarder!!
  15. well bored of the snow now. better not snow overnight - im up at 9 to make the journey up and i want to see a game of football for my troubles!!
  16. Can see it. Butcher is fond of him and has asked him what he wants from his future...presumably before aberdeen told him this.
  17. Can i just ask......is this still a rumour that we are in financial turmoil? from what i know, one person has said we are in the sh** with money. but is this true, and if so true how bad are we talking? does anyone know this? The way i see it, i cant see us not being TIGHT with money just now, as for the last decade or so every team that drops from the SPL to the 1st div have money troubles. I just dont understand all this talk there is about our money troubles when no one from the club has come out and said we have - although i dont believe they woul anyway knowing our board - but no one knows the true extent of the supposed financial mess either?
  18. been on my mind to get this book and keep forgetting when im out. where did you guys get yours in inverness?
  19. would love this to be true. would ease alot of unrest i have about the club at the moment.....and surely is a sign if we paid his club that we dont have money problems at all....or not as bad anyway. Well, im up for the Partick game on saturday so if hes playing, he will have my applause!!
  20. Unreal....starting to be a key player for us, and we throw him before the second half of the season - the real title run in. Just as we look to have a bit of form, and though unrealistic, the title still within grasp, an we throw him. Please, for the love of god, do something about this, or the board have alot to answer for. How negative can they be? Either that, or we are up sh** street cash-wise!
  21. I am digging your enthusiasm, Kyle! Well i hope your up for sharing a bit, plenty to go roond
  22. Bit of a shocker when you think we only have 4 players beyond this season. Players that are life and soul of this club that are diehards for it....tokely's, munro's etc, and we cant tie them down just now because no one knows whats going to happen at the end of this season an we have no money. can be quite scary the more you think of it. someone going to have to start planning something somewhere...and soon! i remember (sure it was butcher) saying he had ?70,000 to spend in the transfer window. obviously that will now have to go towards niculae but surely we can russle up something for bully.
  23. I hate to think its just false hope, but hey after the results yesterday it just goes to show the league is still wide open and looks better than it has in a long while. One game in hand is against morton, and the other against county. We win those two and i will really believe. Getting quite a bit more belief with Butcher than i have in a while aswell. We win next week, we go above Partick and hopefully other teams drop points against each other, it blows the whole thing wide open. If we dont win the league, at least beat county into 2nd please!!!
  24. Great 3 points! Got the next 2 weekends off....so with this new bit of form, im up for a bit partick and killie!!
  25. Dougie in the papers today saying he has bruises and the likes to prove he really did want treatment on his ankle!! Also that he is looking forward to burying Killie. Its no surprise he played his heart out on Monday, he is looking for his place back in the team. Gutted i couldnt make this, sounded like a cracker of a game. But i will be there on duty at Kilmarnock!!!
