I would agree with Anstruther. Well worth joining the queue which can often be well down the street. I can never understand why the standard of a haddock supper is generally so much better in the north of England when so much of the stuff is landed,legitimately or otherwise, in the north east of Scotland. -
You're right, as long as the problem is predominately asian, african or south american the west is unlikely to commit much in the way of resourses unless some private organisations perceive a profit to be made. It's only if the problem begins to impinge on first world countries that any serious effort will be made.
