  1. Celtic have a chance of finishing second if they can sort out their away form. I can't see Rangers finishing anything other than last in their much tougher group.
  2. Pension protester interrupts ICT training session.
  3. Not before time. Pedantic I know but why is this thread in anything goes rather than non ICT ?

    Phil McGuire

He's certainly be very adaquate cover. How old is he now ?
  5. I suspect if Pressley was coming it would have been as player manager.
  6. I thought that Alan Savage told the media that there was money in the kitty for Brewster to bring in new faces if he desired.
  7. Good to see Celtic join them, albeit by the skin of their teeth. Quite an entertaining game.
  8. Not directly, other than the fact that they were both in proximity to the original cromwellian Citadel.
  9. Interesting that Morgan seems to be in the new manager's plans.
  10. That'll do Denzil's confidence no harm. Looks like the shock of the night might be at Love Street where East Fife are currently leading 1-0.
  11. On reaching the Champions League proper. Much as I detest what a great number of their fans stand for, it's always good to see a scottish club do well in Europe. I hope Celtic are equaqlly successful tomorrow.
  12. To be fair the pies weren't too bad but I generally preferred to save myself for a fish supper from the "Chip Inn " to celebrate the latest derby win for the Jags.

    Pre-Merger

My expectation at the outset was rather more optimstic. I expected Caley Thitle to become a bit of a yo yo club oscilating between the premier league and the first division. So far, I've been presenly surprised by our tenure of at least four consecutive seasons in the top league. I was misguided enough, however, to strike a very ubstantial wager with a former colleague when the club set out on it's great adventure that we would be in the top tier by 2003. I had hoped that, as we'd both moved on since then, that he had forgotten but no such luck !
  14. My late grandfather had been a staunch supporter of Citadel until their demise. He never switched his loyalty to any other club despite being within ambling distance of both Telford Street and Grant Street and, as far as I'm aware never attended another game. He did once point out to me where their ground had been and although my recollection has dimmed as I was about six at the time, I'm sure it was indeed where Charles suggests.
  15. Surely if it's a public vote the Old Firm will win everyaward in sight due to the sheer number of glory hunters.
  16. 1000 ish Brewster's return will not make much difference one way or the other.
  17. A tough month. Five points would represent progress and hopefully put us above Gretna.
  18. I can't see any reason why those posting on this site wouldn't be a pretty represetative cross section of ICT fans.
  19. It's a fait accompli now so time for those of us with reservations to put these behind us an give our backing to the team and the new manager.
