  1. I've also taken part in this pointless excercise.
  2. The last "promising youngster" we had on loan hardly covered himself in glory.
  3. My prediction is; Celtic Rangers Aberdeen Hearts Kilmarnock ICT Dundee United Hibs Fakirk Motherwell St Mirren Gretna
  4. I would be happy with Tam McManus who has yet to commit himself for next season, Richard Offiong or both.
  5. I predict a record sixth place finish.
  6. Can't complain about two guaranteed home matches against each of Rangers, Hearts and Aberdeen. The Rangers match first off might also help boost season ticket sales which have apparently been a bit sluggish so far.
  7. He's also quoted as saying that he would be tempted to accept the certainty of full time football in Dingwall albeit at a lower level as against the risk of only being offered a two week trial with ourselves. Strikes me as a little lacking in ambition for a young lad.
  8. That's been under discussion for a number of weeks now.
  9. That's nearly a fortnight now that he's been without an income. Quite an incentive to come to a decision sooner rather than later.
  10. I'm glad to see Morgan get this opportunity. I think he has great potential.
  11. I see that our next fixture is a friendly againt Elgin City at Borough Briggs. Does anyone know why the Borough part of Elgin's ground is spelt the english way ?
  12. I would agree that Alan Stevenson, on his best form, was one of the most skillful players to grace the Highland League. His problemwas that he frequently drifted out of matches for long spells at a time.

    Robson

With all due respect to Barry Robson, Rangers will have to set their sights higher than that if they want to challenge next season.
  14. He's certainly secured his place in Highland League history as the very last person to play for Thistle, Caley and Clach.
  15. Not altogether a bad thing as the two lads concerned can now enjoy a full close season break and return to training refreshed.
  16. Ian Stephens Don Cowie Alastair " Titchy" Black Dave Milroy Jim Calder
  17. They may, however, have a better grasp of grammar than Blackieforce.
