  1. I'm not expecting 4th or even think we'll do it but in no way was I ever threatened we would drop into 11th. I would just rather try and catch teams above us rather than officially securing safety.
  2. Not really a favour, Dumbarton were never catching us. I'd rather Utd lost and we took our chances.
  3. Game over, get mackay on and give Oakley a rest.
  4. I agree we should maybe rest a couple but i was expecting to see mackay given a start tonight.
  5. Yeah seems like a bit of a gamble here, if we don't take all three points it's a disaster. We've hardly even played any games this year so what's the need for resting so many?
  6. I was at the Scotland N Ireland school boys game at Renfrew a few weeks back when he played too. It's good to see him getting his chance with the national team, will be nice to see him get some more games for us towards the end of the season.
  7. I seen that Dumbarton done this with something like the 1000th person getting their ticket for free.
  8. If we go down can we get Pele back just for fun?

3 games in hand against Morton who are currently in the playoffs. Win all of those and we sit 3 behind Morton and still to play them. Promotion is still in our hands. Will it happen? Probably not but I'm still not going to panic just yet.
  10. Surely glory hunters wouldn't be daft enough to choose ICT as their team. If your looking for an extra because your a season ticket holder your in luck. They go on sale a day before the general public. I'm really looking forward to this one actually. I think it will be a tough match and Dumbarton clearly look like they are up for it.
  11. Are these tickets on sale yet?
  12. I'm loving it. Looks like I'm going to get to a good few games before the end of the season now.
  13. Safety concerns for their players and staff too I presume.
  14. Or maybe by safety concerns they mean the supporters travelling up to Inverness.
  15. I think he was wondering if the current ground was on top of the old one. It's not. Being right beside the Rock the ground had a nice setting but with only one stand going along pitch side and absolutely no room for a crowd round the other three sides it has a bit of a concrete feel to it.
  16. After Tuesday night we could be 12 points clear of the relegation playoffs and only 7 off the promotion playoffs. So hopefully come Tuesday night we are meeting your expectations.
  17. Juanjo getting sent off against Celtic is the only one I can remember on the early Robertson reign.
  18. It's our 4th challenge cup final
  19. 5 o'clock on a Sunday isn't really a big deal to the people of Inverness surely? I don't think we have the SFA to blame for this one, we hadn't even played a game in almost 3 weeks and we still couldn't get fans to go watch us! I personally like the challenge cup and don't see it as meaningless, especially when you get to the tail end of the competition. A final is always going to attract fans that wouldn't usually go to the every day games, what is wrong with that? People have other commitments in life so pick and choose what games they go to. I work nearly every Saturday so only get to see the team maybe 10 games a season these days. The final will be a day I'll be making time for, if the semi had been over in Ireland I'd probably have went to that too.
  20. I've been to a few under 1000 the first time we were in the first division. Arbroath on a Tuesday night springs to mind. Just checked that Arbroath game, it was actually over 1000. I did think there was a few around the 900 mark round about then though.
  21. As long as it wasn't the one we won.
  22. We've had 5! And after today it'll be 6

If we can't afford to sustain the club on the current tv deal and gate receipts then of course the players are being paid above the market value. I would much rather have the standard drop in football in Scotland than pay over the odds for players to try and compete.
