  1. I agree with what has been said that we are in a fight for 4th and also a relegation battle but i think it is far to early to get overly worried. We are inconsistent this season but unfortunately success does bring downsides like our best players being in the shop window and up for grabs. But i do believe we have a better team than most down the bottom and will be OK. The thing is everyone behind Hearts are not safe it is that congested but if we can go on another decent run then we should be fine. le
  2. I should be able to do more but it will be more preview's than reports
  3. decent play but felt a bit like Hughes when he first took over lots of passing but no pace and creativity for goals. We had enough chances to go through over the two matches but at this level as astra showed you only need one and they took it. I expect more players will come before the league campaign but we haven't been humiliated by a team who made the group stages last season but its a missed opportunity as we where the best side in both legs but that lack of cutting edge has cost us. Maybe roberts would have made a difference but we lacked any pace down the flanks and failed to put any balls into the box. We go forward and hopefully we add a few more and have another great season and maybe in 12 months we will get another crack.
  4. One of many that I am sure are gutted not to have made it tonight. By the sounds of it we took to the european stage like a duck to water but just lacked that killer instinct. Had we had many of the departed heroes from may then we would have won a reckon but we are still in the tie. Sounded quite good and they created very little so although we have a battle one goal and the tie is back on. We may have a new way under Yogi but we are still a decent counter attacking team so we are capable especially if we keep the ball like we did. Only question if we add more players before the next week will they be eligible?

I know what you mean tug but you shouldn't feel or made to feel bad just because your not there each week. I was fortunate to live in Caithness and although still a trek I made it every 2nd weekend with my cheap child ST. I then moved to Stirling for uni and although the ticket went up a bit I was still able to travel up to most home games infact the craic on the train south with away supporters was top class. But I moved bk to England and I can now no longer go although I love to go each week especially now with our much better record than when I held a ST. But we are from the same family and want the same things so it doesn't matter if you go week in week out or once in a blue moon we are all ICT
  6. gutted i missed out still down in central belt land nursing a rather large hangover from being in Edinburgh last night
  7. Pretty certain you could....although my brain is so whacked at the moment I could be wrong. I saw tickets being bought at hampden on the day of the semi
  8. The only thing with that is i am certain someone mentioned they got tickets in I2 and you cant buy in I2 online so maybe that has gone aswell as it is a smaller section
  9. I'm in I4, roughly half way up and in line with the goals. Where are you? I think if we'd sold every seat in the sections you mentioned 14k would be about right, but realistically it's more like 12k just now. I am in F2 and all the seats in the north have gone as has at least the first 5 with some singles left in F6 and almost singles in F7 as well G1 is only just selling so plenty left there and both sections in the south are sold out with tickets only available in I3 atm. I2 was smaller so maybe that is sold as well but you cant get tickets for it
  10. The ones we're in are about 900 each. Breakdown by stand (for number nerds like me ) North Stand 9282 (Upper 270, Lower 9012) West Stand 12938 East Stand 12522 South Stand 17163 (Upper 7141, Lower 10022) Wheelchair spaces 158 Total capacity 52063 What section are you in tob. Looking at the breakdown of the sections sold we have sold 4,500 in the north stand and then at least 6 sections of the east with most of 7 and tickets being sold in G1. I reckon that each section apart from the last 3 of G which are smaller then the other sections are about 900 each. So that would be about 6,500 which is 11,000 and then add the south stand which must be about 1000 in the big sections and we have sold 2.5 sections plus the smaller I2 add on another 2500-3000 we are looking at about 14000 but I could be completely wrong.
  11. I think we are over 12000 maybe around 13000 but nobody knows I think yogi was right to say 15000 as we must be reasonably close but 20000 maybe ambitious if anyone knows the size of the big sections in the south we could make better estimates
  12. got to change from F to G to get tickets the first row i get is FF
  13. Well can still get tickets in F7 but they are selling in G1 now so see how it goes for the next few days
  14. So we have pretty much sold out our allocation yes? I wouldnt think so as we had the whole stand apart from the last 2 of G
  15. I bought mine over the phone if you call they can either hod them and out can collect or they can send them out
  16. well I am going to the beechwood before the buses arrive
  17. do they take phone sales or is it just the club
  18. someone on P&B said they bought a ticket in the south today and saw the computer of our sales. The north is sold and done as is F1-F3 while F4-F6 have some single seats left while F7 has rows atm. The south stand see's I5 and I4 completely sold with over half of I3 sold and tickets being sold in I2. No overall number but if that is all accurate then it looks likewe are comfortably over 10,000 and with a week to go if we could finish the south and maybe get a couple of G then we could be looking in the region of around 15,000 which would be great
  19. I Did get section F7 but if i put 10 in now i get F6 again so who knows
  20. By online we are now selling tickets for F7 now with only a few rows of F6 left that have more than 2 tickets left
  21. We can speculate on the crowd so far. The east stand is 12,800 and there are 15 sections 7 in F and 8 in G with the last two of G smaller than the rest. Then we can take that each section must be about 900 seats. We have sold 5 for certain so 4,500 estimate plus the 4,500 in the north thats 9,000 altogether. Add half to 3/4 of F6 and about 2 and half sections of the south then we must be over 10,000 and maybe nearer if not over 11,000 but this is purely guess work and rough estimations.
  22. Look it doesn't matter how many we have in the stands it is the 11 on the pitch who will matter and if we had one person in the stands or 20,000 if we win the match the name Inverness Caledonian Thistle will still be engraved onto the trophy for the rest of history. I am just intrigued by how many we sell just out of interest and as some have said it may help having a running total to get us to sell more or it may not make a difference. On the issue of embarrassment I don't think the club should have any embarrassment over ticket sales. We are a small club with a small support but the key thing is we are still a YOUNG club and we haven't had the generational structure that all the other major clubs have had. But I believe we must be around 10,000 looking at the sections we have sold and we still have just over another week to sell more.
