Season tickets down 20%. Why?
When Hibs fans were scrambling for Cup Final tickets, their club cleverly gave priority to people buying season tickets for 2012/13. Aberdeen have been giving away STs to under 12s when bought with an adult ticket, which will have given a boost to the numbers but little extra dosh to the club.

Season tickets down 20%. Why?
Having said all that, I'm not actually sure if any fan would actually admit that poor results are a reason, because it isn't cool to be perceived as a fair weather supporter.

Season tickets down 20%. Why?
One option that isn't in the poll is the lack of good home results last season. Its all very well for fans to talk about entertaining football but surely history teaches us that supporters (of any club) will turn out to see a winning team, and they desert in droves when the team is losing week after week. Success on the pitch is by far the biggest factor if you ask me.

Olympic Football Farce
Based on what I've seen so far it looks like Team GB are being the perfect hosts by letting their guests win all the medals.

ICT squad 2012-13
I had thought he was already permanent TBH, but I'm glad to see him sign, he looks a real live wire.

Are you quoting from the menu in a North Korean restaurant there? Maybe the cause of the North Korean walkout was the Hampden "hot dogs" not meeting their expections!

Olympic Football Farce
Referred to rather provocatively by the Sun as a "dog's breakfast!"

Wick away
Presumably a team was needed to even up the numbers in the North section of the draw? Raith fans have been told to go to a shoe shop in Wick to buy their match tickets before going to the ground, to reduce queues at the turnstiles.

Olympic Football Farce
Extremely unfortunate! Apparently the source of the North/South Korean hostility is that they just can't say sorry.

Ta for the updates Rasczak, but can you next one be an Oswell goal or hattrick please.

Been at 7 clubs now, aged 22. Signed for Colchester last summer after Watford released him following his aborted loan to ICT. Never got a game for for Colchester, got loaned out to Torquay and never played for them either, then back to Colchester where unsurprisingly he still didn't get a game. A year left on his contract there and I would presume that Colchester wouldn't be difficult to deal with!

Let's hope there are no 'Aldreds'.

There was a TV crew there but I don't know which broadcaster it was. They interviewed Terry pre-match.

ICT new home shirt 2012-14
Getting back to the kit, unless you are within a few feet, the new sponsorship on the shorts just looks like a square white patch. There's one on the front, one on the back.

Richie Foran
If we could clone a load of Forans and put him in all 10 outfield positions the team would be an awful lot better than it currently is. But crikey, there'd be some almighty rows on the pitch!

Ah, maybe it was Shane? It was long before all the substitutions anyway.

ESSON  Didn't do anything wrong. COOPER  Started hobbling at 40 mins and got taken off a few minutes later. FORAN   Man of the Match by miles. Class. MEEKINGS  Pretty solid defending G.SHINNIE  Up and down the park all evening. TUDOR-JONES. Obviously not fully recovered but tidy enough. DRAPER. We need a bigger contribution from that position but its early days. SUTHERLAND  Not a winger! DORAN  Couple of neat crosses. But didn't run at anyone til the 2nd half. SHINNIE,A. A few touches of class but still failed to get the better of part time defenders MACKAY  Missed a sitter, and that's about it. Sub LAING:  Our weakest player but out of position at right back.

We must have had 65% possession but couldn't do anything with it in the final third. Our only clearcut chance was a Doran cutback to Mackay, inspace on the 6 yard line, who side footed straight at the keeper when it looked easier to score. A few times in the 2nd half there was a scream from the bench of "KEEP THE BALL!" when anyone did anything that resulted in us losing possession, so it's hardly surprising that the players were being so patient and cautious. Only Pepper had a direct approach. Really disappointed with the attacking performance, and on this showing it's hard to see where the goals are going to come from. The moves just weren't coming off for A Shinnie, but I recall that's how he started last season and then it all came together for him.

We lost 2-1 to a late strike, very much against the run of play, but we simply weren't very good. Highlights: - a cleared ball landed on top of the hedge and got stuck there. Man with ladder appeared half an hour later and eventually managed to retrieve it - Foran was excellent in central defence - nice sunset on the way home Lowlights: - we failed miserably to create chances - ymip's 3 year old girl got her bottle of water confiscated by a steward. Utterly pathetic.

David Proctor - Edmonton FC
I see that Steve Williams (1 year left on his Bradford contract but told by the manager he is free to leave) has ruptured his Achilles tendon and will be out for 4-6 months.

All I'm saying is that if you have a porous back line, he'll fit in well.
