Euro 2012
England, rather than bleat on about how heartbreaking and unlucky it is to go out on penalties, why not try playing a bit of football in the 90/120 minutes and at least go out with a fight?

Dear Mr Cameron,
What makes you think that?

Are Scottish footballers too greedy
Go To France?! Perhaps like Tade he wants to be closer to home and so will sign for St Johnstone. He certainly won't be back at ICT, his actions have made that pretty clear. Libero has hit the nail on the head regarding the Scottish players Malpas talks about. It's all about supply and demand, and these players earn what they currently earn because a club was willing to pay that, and they were more than happy to accept.

Possible Transfer Targets
Was linked with Hibs the other day. Good player if he can avoid injury.

Toronto FC - Canadian Champs
Wouldn't he have been at Ipswich the same time as our Terry? Send us some players please!

SPL Board, Please Stop Chasing Ghosts.....
If an athlete or cyclist found to be a drug cheat has retired, their records should still be erased.

SPL Board, Please Stop Chasing Ghosts.....
So what you're saying is if a team cheats its way to titles, it gets to keep them provided it goes down the newco route? There's no reason why the SPL shouldn't sort out the current predicament AND take appropriate action to rectify the injustices of the past.

SPL fixture list
No clash with Celtic home fixtures, unsurprisingly. But Club 12 does clash with Dundee Utd's home games, which coulod turn out to be a problem. Eh? Both Celtic and Club 12 have home fixtures on the 2nd week, Saturday 11th August. Celtic game postponed in advance to let them have a lucrative friendly.

SPL fixture list
The SPL fixtures come out tomorrow, which is always a good sign that the start of the season isn't too far away. Any preference for our first fixture? I would love to see us get off to a winning start, so a winnable home fixture would be good. Although we are better away from home, so maybe not. Ach who cares, we have to play everyone at some point. Apparently Rangers will not appear in the fixtures, but an unnamed 12th club will be there instead, who may or may not turn out to be the Rangers Newco once the vote is taken.

Euro 2012
After the dismal football in the last World Cup, this tournament has been really good so far, the best for a long time. The Spain side of recent years has been the best football team the world has ever known. With Villa (their all time top scorer) out injured they have lost a bit upfront, which gives other teams a slight chance. Still favourites in my book, but I really like the look of Germany too.

SPL U-19 Exit Trials
He did, and also played against us when on loan at Dundee. He was invited for a trial with us and played in some pre-season friendlies before signing.

SPL U-19 Exit Trials
I'd have thought that U19s who aren't good enough for SPL sides would only really be of interest to SFL teams.

Pre season fixtures
Interestingly Ross County have gone for a very similar, low key pre-season : Brora, Turriff, Raith, Clach, Nairn, Elgin. Both sides looking to keep travel costs down and avoid loss-making home games, I would suggest.

Dear Mr Cameron,
The SPL was founded on the principle of greed, so it's hardly surprising that each club votes with self-interest at heart. And I'm not actually criticising anyone for doing that, it's natural.
