  1. This topic has been moved to NON - ICT. [iurl]http://www.caleythistleonline.com/community/index.php?topic=5684.0[/iurl]
  2. I can't imagine Proctor starting ahead of Rossco, but it's good for Brew to finally have a selection dilemma in that position.
  3. I put my name in the first box and "Wanderer" in the second. :003:
  4. Really? He looks bigger - must be the high heels.
  5. Is 5'11" big enough to be a successful SPL central defender? Unlikely.
  6. That was pretty evident at Tannadice when Blackie went mental at him a couple of times.
  7. Looked pretty deliberate to me, clear :32: Stupid thing to do but it ultimately won us the game!
  8. It was either a straight red, or a superb tackle. When it happened I looked at the Hearts fans behind their goal and none of them were applauding.....it was more like they were holding their breath. A Hearts fan on P&B confirms Berra should have got red for it.
  9. When Marius won us the penalty, I must admit didn't actually see the contact, but it was very hard to tell. I've just seen it on telly (full speed, no slow motion) and I still couldn't see it. Am I missing something? Is my eyesight poor? :024:
  10. I thought Blackie was outstanding today. Not impressed with our substitutions though. When Bayne came on you expected a straight swap with Marius, but he instead got pushed back to central midfield. Then Wilson comes on, and you think that Brew has realised that Niculae can't play there, is kcackered and not contributing any more, and simply can't defend. But no, he stays on! If we had not snatched victory, those decisions would be coming under an awful lot more scrutiny from unhappy fans.
  11. He's just not very good with numbers. Which means he'll go far in the SNP! I'm a member of : 1) Caleythistleonline.com, and various other websites. 2) Institute of Chartered Accountants 3) The human race Although some might say 2) and 3) are mutually exclusive.
  12. Similar, but the graphics here are better. Is that Eric Gates tussling with Mick Mills?
  13. I think it's Polish for "Let's get stuck right intae they cheatin jambos"
  14. Not really a surprise that he's leaving. Bit of a shame it never really worked out, but I prefer to think of the wages it frees up to bring in a player who will feature more in the first team.
  15. Actually the last Texan bar I ever ate claimed one of my teeth. That would have been in the same era as Space Dust, which had this sort of effect on a child: :crazy07:
  16. In our recent game at Tannadice, big Mixu was outside the ground with some younger, blonde guys. It only later struck me that one of them might have been Markus, but to be honest I've forgotten what he looks like. And plays like.
  17. Or you will probably still be OK by post. My ticket arrived next day.

    Smeaton

The lad done good. Many other people take risks and save lives etc, but it's their job to do so. It's not his fault that the press and various other organisations are trying to latch on and associate themselves with his "hero" status.
  19. No, not by the police. Diving is not yet a criminal offence. Some papers have been reporting that Owen Coyle's Burnley are keen to make a move in the window. They speculate that his value is ?750k. I cannot imagine that there was any sell-on clause when we got our ?65k (?) for him all those years ago.
  20. :015: But which of our defenders is needing the fundamentals of the offside trap explained to him?
  21. Sadly I think Broonies days are numbered at Parkhead. He has been consistently mediocre for them in the chances he's had in the first team, and I wouldn't be surprised if they sign another keeper in January.
  22. Got a ticket and a day release from home. :022:
