I'm still waiting for the courtesy of a reply to my letter to Alan Savage sent in almost 3 months ago! we are only the paying public after all who pay for tickets, programmes, pies, teas, centenary club tickets, bus fares, caley club membership etc etc. i witnessed some of the goings on today and concur with everything that has been said, the high handed attitude from the stewards and police was totally unnecessary. i am one of the famous sweetie paper rustlers from the main stand and really enjoyed the 'din' made today by the singing section members, well done to all concerned. standing to sing is no crime in fact i'll be in church tomorrow and guess what we all do when we go to sing a hymn, yes STAND!

I've got a programme from 1954 for a game between Caledonian and Celtic in aid of the 'stand reconstruction fund'. It was played on Monday afternoon with a 4.30pm kick off. Does anyone have any knowledge about this game, score, money raised, attendance etc?

Yes i agree with your view about getting to see the big games BUT it is all about economics. You can either afford £600+ (for 2 season tickets), together with all the cup games etc, etc or you can't. I am at the stage where I am very near to saying 'sorry ict i cannot afford that'. watch this space - at the end of the season the club will offer fans the chance to purchase 2 for the price of 1 as they have done before. I could take full advantage of that.

You can dress this up anyway you like, £27 for Main Stand, £17 concessions is a complete rip off. When will the 'well healed' directors realise that prices like this equate to lower turnouts. Almost half the crowd at the United game were away fans. I have written to the Chairman and I would encourage others to do the same. Like many others I have a season ticket, in fact two as my wife has one. We are members of the supporters club, the Centenary Club, the Caley Social Club and former member of the Members Club. We buy programmes, half time tickets, bus tickets to the stadium and tea at £1.20 for a teabag in a plastic cup! I know others who spend infinitely more than that who are equally hacked off. Next season I will seriously consider giving up my season ticket and pick and choose my games. Who really wants to see a crap Falkirk or Motherwell team on a freezing January afternoon!

I remember going to the Empire to see Tyrannosaurus Rex. Yes Marc Bolan and Mickey Tooth (was that his name?) There were about 20 people there max. We were in the cheap seats, when Marc came out he invited the few people in the cheapies to come forward to the expensive seats. Does anyone else recall being at that gig? There can't be many of us!

no chance of mackie coming to us. when he was here on loan he took no time at all in telling the players at caley that he was a premier league player not a 1st division player. you can guess how popular he was in the dressing room!

With his 'old man' and his ex team mate now in Dungwall he would be very keen to join us.
