  1. I posted this 'predicted brewster comment' on the matchday thread not long ago... "we lost by just one goal, and to a soft penalty. we didnt get the luck and they did. they scored and we didnt which lost us the game in the end. I am not worried that falkirk are fighting against bigger teams whilst we sit back and do nothing. we will come good because it is the 20 fans' fault for not supporting the team these last few months, not mine for being totally unable to provide tactic ethics. On the plus note, the lads are smiling in training"
  2. I can just see the after match comments from brewster now "we lost by just one goal, and to a soft penalty. we didnt get the luck and they did. they scored and we didnt which lost us the game in the end. I am not worried that falkirk are fighting against bigger teams whilst we sit back and do nothing. we will come good because it is the fans fault for not supporting the team these last few months, not mine for being totally unable to provide tactic ethics. 3. lucky for us rangers pulled one back against falkirk. Else if the score there stayed one nil, we'd be 4 points adrift with Utd, Hearts and Celtic coming up...
  4. I really like the one on the left there, where the white has seperated the blue band from the black... best part is, i dont think it looks rangers-esque at all... the back making sure of that
  5. Really like the one top left there thekarl. Can you try that one again with blue 'piping' underneath the black band? I really think that blue and red need to be included to identify Caley Thistle, and not caley OR thistle.
  6. Indeed - many many congratulations to the growing family. Brilliant news!!!
  7. It's good too see that talks are continuing with Don Cowie. Despite all the rumours about rangers, leeds etc etc, I think this is some good news and I seriously hope they secure him on at least a 3 year extention.
  8. I'm starting to like the band on the shirt coming up the ide and accross the chest. By changing the colour scheme slightly, this looks more like an away shirt when black replaces red... Perhaps some of my ideas/adaptations would look better on the proper formats rathe than a 'paint' template. lol
  9. Looking back on the designs already, I think we are all agreed that mostly red and white with a hint of blue and black is the best choice? I also think that Scotty's last effort was pretty good, but too much red. So I have adapted it slightly to incorporate a bit more blue and black...
  10. I admit some of mine are naff, but they're only ideas for something different. I have though come up with a better effort IMO. Not soo sure on the red and black designs that have zero blue... I tried this one with a hint of yellow in it too, but it didnt come out as good as i hoped.
  11. Perhaps I am getting a weeeeeee bit carried away with this, just like i did on the New Kits thread. ;) Some pretty good designs appearing, but even I admit that some of mine are naff... :018: :thumb04:
  12. starting to run out of ideas now....
  13. A few more designs from myself... wish i knew how to do these desgins on the proper formats, but my knowledge of PC's stops at the power button Some of the designs are looking really good btw.
  14. Well done to all involved indeed May I be the first to offer the first drafts on this topic, and add a wee comment... Designing a mostly white kit has proved rather hard so far, as whatever I come up with tends to looks rather 'rangers'-esque, and I've deleted a few designs already. anyway - heres my first offering - i've not got any knowledge of the programs specified, so i've used my old templates from the 'New Kits' topic.

not as such no, but the fact they have up to 10% of the ICT shares certainly does. EVERYONE on here IS behind ICT, and I am greatful for the fact the supporters trust has acted on behalf of over 80% of the fan base to get answers from the club that need to be answered. It doesn't matter if 60 people turned up for the meeting or 6000. The point is, the trust held the meeting to come up with a legitimate statement for the club to answer, and for the fans to finally be heard because quite clearly, especially since brewsters re-arrival, the club seem to think they can survive without their customers. If they were basing their legitimacy on their shareholding, why arrange a meeting via press release? Where do you get the figure of them acting on behalf of 80% of the fanbase from? They were acting on behalf of their members and those who attended that meeting. Members are fans so therefore putting the viewpoint forward from the fans. There was nowhere in the statement from the supporters trust that said they demand brewster be sacked - the statement came from discusions between those in attendence to get a fair and justified balance of opinion for the club to answer their questions. The 80% of which I refer to comes from any voting poll for the fans opinions of craig brewster.

i was just thinking the same thing BBB... the way I see it you have come on here to ruffle peoples feathers and have not, so far, come up with a decent post about WHY people should be getting off brewsters back. I have said it before and I will say it again - everyone is entitled to their opinion, yourself included, but to slate people personally and brand all those who think a change is needed as the 'lynch mob' does not, IMO, bring any sort of decent argument to the debate on wether CB is the man to guide us to safety. By all means, enlighten me!

not so sure what your motive is by coming on this forum and attacking most of the people on it, just because the majority disagree with your own views. We are all fans of ICT,as as you'll see by some signatures and avatars, we are ALL pro ICT, not anti brew. We all want to see ICT survive in the premier league, and we dont tend to see brewster being the man to guide us. Everyone knows that cup competitions bring a different style of play, different atmosphere and a break from league games where pressure is taken off, so why should 'the lynch mob' - who have justified reasons as to why brew should not be in charge - all of a sudden switch their views after 1 win?

this is a fans forum and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. yourself included. What I cannot understand is why you chose now, after one win, to voice your opinions, whilst labeling those who disagree with brewster being at the helm 'the lynch mob'. back on topic, however, fair play to brewster for putting fraser in the sticks. After esson supposidly took a knock last week, it gives esson chance to recover as well as keeping fraser match fit. Not too sure on Barrowman up front from the start - would have prefered rooney or wood instead, but again brewster may have had his reasons in giving barrowman another chance to shine. Overall, i think he got it right today (aside from ziggy-zaggy) with a slight amount of luck, but I still dont see how one game can justify his positiion in the hot seat. I seriously hope he gets it right all the way through to the end of the season - luck should not be a factor mind

after reading your comments BBB, I'm starting to thiink you are a regular on this forum using a new user log-in to wind people up. That, or you are Malky, Craig, one of the board or perhaps a close relation/friend to one of the said threesome. It's amazing you haven't spoken out previously of your support for brewster when the sh** hit the fan at the start of 2008...

What a load of drivel BBB... One win against lower league oposition and all of a sudden you expect 80-90% of the ICT fan base to eat humble pie and recognise that craig brewster isn't as bad as he seems as a manager GIVE ME A BREAK. 2 deflected shots, poor finishing from a man who scored 29 goals with his previous club, and against lower league opponents to boot. Hardly something to inspire confidence when we resume league business next week is it. Don't get me wrong, any win at the moment will inevitably bring a smile to the faces of many fans - myself included - but to insult the chairman of the supporters trust who has worked on all sides of the story with the fans to put forward a legitimate statement of concern from the fans to the club? totally disrespectful IMHO !!! look at the performances, look at the results, look at the players who have left, look at brewsters record, look at the incosistancy in selections and formation, look at the league table and look at every comment and press report for at least the last month and then come back with some sort of realistic post and not just to slate all those fans that have the best interests of ICT's future at heart.
  23. didnt know the guy prsonally but it's always sad to hear this kind of news... RIP
  24. I just hope the performance is good enough, as so far this season we have struggled against 2 lower league teams already, whereas partick have given a good fight against one of the old firm. Luck is something we will certainly need.

    Elvis

I thought we would have heard a definate answer from him by now, but reading the newspaper today he has said he will know by the end of next week. I am just begining to wonder if he is waiting to see how ICT fair in these next 2 crucial games and what fate it may bring to CB. The more I think on it, the more I think he wants more of a player/manager role than just simply playing until the end of the season.
