I have just sent another letter into the club... after watching the highlights of the well fixture and reflecting on 2008 - i still fail to see why Big Daddy Brew is still in charge of my beloved ICT. And - I fear I am not the only one!!!

I'm not left footed but put at left-back, yet hey, a good player can play anywhere. MrsJnr is gutted she didnt make the bench, but i'm sure we could maybe allow her to be physio? - just make sure you really are injured and needing treatment, else if you aint, i'll be coming to get you!!!

Robbo would be, IMHO, 'the' ideal replacement. He lead us to the SPL, had a great season leading to his departure and was doing well at hearts before mad vlad stuck his nose in. His times at Livi, Derry and County weren't as good but he didnt have the resources and time he had at the other two aformentioned clubs. For him to come back would be excellent. A fans fave, an self-confessed ICT fan and someone who would have almost instantanious repect in the dressing room. He has been on these forums stating how he ran the club when he was here, and the structure was far more solid than that of our current management team. He is a mans man, a genuine guy and open and honest as much as he can be within constraints of club/spl/legal terms. Something we have been waiting for at ICT since his departure. He would work very closely with CC/BW/Parky as his assistant. All 3 have great respect in and out of ICT circles. Anyone new would not have time to dig us out of the hole we are in in time to keep us alive, especially with the rumoured departures of Black and Cowie (and possibly others). Reason being they would need a couple of weeks to look at the teams training schedules, performances on the park, their individual work ethics and therefore not much time to poach players in the transfer window - some of our current targets may be gone by then should they wih to persue them.

Thank you for your information RF. Communication on happenings at the club are very much welcome, and the reason we've tried hard to resurect Boardroom Banta.... so thanks again. If brewster has decided to consider his position at the club, he can leave with what little dignity he has left, and prove that he genuinely had/has the clubs best interests at heart... I would then maybe respect him all the more for it, rather than waiting on lady luck to bring him and us out of the mess we are in. He should have walked months ago, as the only thing he has done decent this season is provide a first ever win against aberdeen...

Why are you so insistant that brew is the man for the job? The team has been poor for most of the season, and I am not going to cover old ground as to the reasons why. Why oh why oh why is there still no comment to convince us that brew should stay? From anybody? BECAUSE HE'S RUBBISH AS A MANAGER When was the last time you heard of a 'moral meeting' at the stadium for the players...? certainly not under Sergi, Pele, Robbo or Christie.

or just don't ******* turn up??? You aren't representing ALL the fans point of view so I would appreciate if you all kept your mouth shut until at least after 90 minutes. That way you wont affect the players performance.... and you never know we might even come away with 3 points Not turing up would be the best possible way to show our discust. I was never any good at maths, but how would the team perform when over 80% of fans voting brewster out dont turn up. would that be good for the players moral?

firstly, good to see the wee banner in honour of jock I would have to agree that a full on protest would not be in good taste at this time, but when the game kicks off, we may well see performances as dull as they have been this season and the chants for brewsters head will no doubt begin. Brew is starting to admit mistakes are being made but has yet to state these are his msitakes, and in my eyes the damage has already been done. Someone new before new year please - this is my christmas wish

Not up to SPL standard? So with him providing excellent ball control, through passes, skill and basically ripping us apart on saturday, does that mean now that ICT are not SPL standard?

very worrying to hear he already had spats with Black last term, not to mention treating players such as rankin and wyness as though they dont exist. How many more time must he loose the dressing room. It would be interesting to hear a players' thoughts on the current situation at the club. doubt we'll hear much though as they'll fear the chop

Indeed, wyness may not have performed to his best towards the end of his contract, but then again how could he when he is only on for the last 10-20 minutes for most matches, or subbed off at half time? This, as you've pretty much said yourself in the last few words of the above quote, this is one of many reasons Brew should step aside or be released. other reasons have been stated continuously throughout this thread, and the sooner the board or even bre himself realise this then I fear more players will be leaving the club, meaning we will soon be relying on our reserves to step up to the plate. In fact the more I think about reasons thing, the more reasons some to a head and the more gets expanded on the points already made. I am yet to see anywhere any return ammo from the pro-brewster camp to keep him at the helm, and until I and many are convinced otherwise, then we will probably all be singing from the same song sheet come January, or indeed saturday

Thats fine alex. It really is a great week and many people would be in the same position of commitment neaer the time. I would, however, advise anyone wishing to join us to start their training as soon as possible. this is not a strole to the shops...

Wyness less than awful last season??? The man scored 7 goals in all competitions in the first 2 months of last term. He also created for Nuculae and others in the process. It wasnt until he was benched by brew and then mostly used as sub that he couldnt find the net, leaving our only regular striker, niculae, wondering who the hell he was playing with week in week out - IMO resulting in his own inconsistancies on the park. These desisions to rotate whoever plays with niculae up front only served to cause confusion and frustration throughout the squad - something we are seeing this campagne - and all are desisions made by CB... If CB had any comment sence, he would know to play his strongest side week in week out, and then rotate using substitutions if players dont perform or if they are out due to injury. rotating the squad has only served up one possitive - ryan esson. the rest of the squad are either out of position or not regularly involved - leading us to the position we are currently in. we need a manager who can keep consistancy in the squad, and therefore in the performances on the park, and hopefully getting us a consistant run of results.
