Glad I live in Scotland Scarlet, Trabeculoplasty and peripheral irridotomy scheduled, two failed trabeculectomy ops, cataract op, two ten day consecutive eye injections both eyes plus others, ( lost count ) local anaesthetics for all of them. Eye pressure and visual fields tests on a regular three monthly basis, swimming in eye drops. total cost to me Zilch and boy am I grateful. Ever changing lenses and paid up eye plan at the opticians to monitor progressive condition is quite enough cost without your burden. Don't think I have had the optical coherence tomography though, maybe that's a treat in store for a rainy day. Who knows! Free Busses for the boys I say. As long as we can see them!!!!!!!!!!

I agree Renegade that is possible but you say almost equally as strong! What does that show? uncertainty ? and that is where the management team come in. They are there training and coaching the team, they see a lot more than we ever will, it has to be their decisions their heads are the ones that will roll if they get too many wrong, not ours!!! Up till now they have done a great job. Maybe our expectations are a little too high at times and maybe it is easy for us to criticise when things do go wrong. We all think we know a lot about football, tactics and players but not as much as TB and Co who are on the spot with them.

Can I just remind everyone that we are second in the league, three points below the wealthiest club in Scotland. Why all the despondency at this early stage? Why give so much criticism to a management that has found the right players playing in positions that has got us to the top of the league. Yes mistakes can be made, we all make them and sometimes you have got to play these mistakes out to learn from them, not just dismiss them straight away as some of you would like. So here we go again ..............get behind the team/club ......................... we are still doing well... ..........and we can still prove we are a better club than most.

Let's just concentrate on winning the champion flag please

Glasses becoming half empty again in some cases on this thread, fortunately not all of you though, some typical Inverness negativity reflecting on the negative instead of being positive and looking at what has happened here. .....................Forget the BUT!..................... We are the top. The togetherness factor is still high, most of the players are more than content to give their all for the club and eachother that reflects in the play. Did someone say something about cobbling together a football team?? A lot more than a bit of cobbling I would say, skilled workmanship, training tutoring and management more like so mark my words the Management Team are enjoying this success as much as anyone and they will want to go on doing so for a long time yet. The posts coming in since I started my reply post are much more suited to the Team's fortunes and status so I don't think I need say any more, at least for the time being. EXCEPT keep the faith and enjoy.

If the nucleus of the squad stay together anything is possible, I said a similar thing last year and still hold by it. We have a lot of good untried talent still to be groomed into the squad when that is complete we will be ready to take on the world. Extend contracts all round say I, including management.
