AAhaa Mr Bannerman, well said. Exactly my way of thinking. Central belt rule would see the Highlands as their waste area, bribe the residents to go along with their plans for windfarms, nuclear waste dumping, Pylons and all the nasties that would make money and prosperity for the lowlands. Ruin our natural beauty, our scenic heritage. Scar the lands with millions more fir trees instead of the deciduous forests of old. Ignore the fact ( as Westminster has done) that we have some of the potentially best deep water harbours around the UK that have never ever been fully utilised. Flood more Glens and dam them to enable more pipeline exports of our wonderful water. Oh yes, Scotland would be rich and prosperous but only as far as the Caledonian Canal............. If that!! As for being a Democracy no chance, a dictated to Republic I fear. The signs have been emanating from this Scottish Parliament for some time now. Be very careful for what you wish for. I would like to think Scotland will someday be self ruled but the people and structure to do this successfully are far in the future.

While I might agree there is to much negativity, fans pay their hard earned cash to watch the team and if they are not satisfied are entitled to express their opinion, do you think this is exclusively an ICT problem? fans of every club moan. The biggest mystery is how it was deemed acceptable by many to have a go at Brewster but having a go at Butcher is frowned upon. I understand what you are saying Gordie, All I ask is for some to be more patient and less vociferous in their abuse of the club. The Club does not deserve the abuse. As for the Brewster saga I cannot comment as I was not following caley thistle on line forum during his reign.

Well the Doom and Gloom Brigade are having a whale of a time on this forum,God knows what it will be like if we ever lose another game. We have lost one game, we played poorly yes yes yes. There was little, almost no real encouragement from the fans against the SPL champions and you wonder why the players lost their fire? They must have been bemused by the lack of support, especially too at the abuse thrown at them. How would you feel if you had been on the field experiencing that? probably some of you would have faked injury to get replaced because you certainly are not STAYERS!!! You dont seem to be able to stay loyal, the least bit forgiving, or the least bit patient. Give the Team a chance, you dont have to wear rose coloured specs to see what this Team could be capable of, unless of course you keep wearing dark glasses in a storm. Be prepared to have a feast on your words at the end of this season.
