My query was I wonder what has happened nick ross and Hughes, he is not that bad a player, not a moan.

I wonder what is happening between Hugh's and nick Ross. I would have thought he would have been on from the start

my only complaint is that he should have waited for the summer before he introduced his ideas to the team. He has managed to turn a reasonable team into a team which doubts its own ability. As I have said before the back 4 play the ball across the back then pass it back to the goalkeeper who can only hoof it forward. I would rather a team play football in the oppositions half. Time will tell, I can only hope he gets it right by next season. He had two great performances against county so it is there.

I don,t understand why he was in such rush to destroy a successful team. I would have thought it would have been prudent to change the way we play next season rather than destroy the players confidence and morale this season

Draper was playing out of his skin and should have been man of the match. The team played to plan using the final telling pass back to esson. We demonstrated last night that we can neither go forward or backwards. I think Hughes will realise Billy is surplus to requirements who needs striker with this system it would allow him another mid fielder.
