What is the current collateral value of ICT fc? How much dept do they have? Will a billionaire businessman let it go bust if it ever comes to that, so instead of making the usual shrewd investment, actually give something back. You can only have so much, then it just becomes numbers on a balance sheet.

AYE it said in the courier that they would be valid for the rematch or you can get a refund.

Motherwell Roll Call
If we can get the pitch playable again and we have a bit of a thaw for the roads, new grit would have arrived by then so I think its games on. Check your transport options seeing as you'll be getting off at Aviemore anyway and getting a bus. its been nearly 3 months since we lost a game at home so we cant let well upset our run.

Hopes that Bully and Duff can stay
?If Terry wants to take matters further it is up to him but, as it stands, Stuart will be returning to us. ?In that event I will not allow him to play in the Scottish Cup for Inverness.? From the same article, I take it that McGee wants to see what he can get out of ICT and hes not allowed to play against well unless ICT come up with something. Does he think we are made of money. I hope Duff stays longer it will do him far more good in the long run, unless he enjoys sitting on benches.

Thanks a lot ICT.
The next time we play them in a cup game where will he sit? Think you will find its ICT First and Celtic are the other team. will he cheer if both teams score?

Winter Break
No winter break for me. This current cold spell has proven we cant predict when the bad weather will arrive, it used to be the tail end of January and well in to February,it has now arrived 4 weeks earlier. Would this put too much strain on our players who will be playing for their countries in summer competitions. What else would you be doing in the middle of winter when it is cold and dark outside,at least it gets you out in the fresh air and lastly what about your other hobbies and interests that are better to do in the middle of summer. And lastly, yes I really mean it this time, would a winter break upset the logistics of the transfer window.

Bulvitus
Its puzzling when he quotes "I've not spoken to the manager about it, but I'm just happy to play and then I will see what happens."

Official - County game is OFF
I was looking forward to the game today but wasnt looking forward to getting there and thats coming from someone who does a lot of miles, the compacted snow is just turning to ice with more snow on top. I would say its quiete likely that the game could have been abandoned today anyway with more snow forecast. and skifreak can you please let me know what type of vehicle you drive.

Dee Day For Butcher?
.To install that, the whole pitch has to be removed and then relaid, ours used a plough style machine which split the ground and buried a pipe in it afterwards to become a giant radiator, going by the TV coverage when it was installed. IMO From looking at your attachment, the inditherm looks like an expensive bit of kit and I don't think that the 'salesman's' energy savings figures could ever be recouped. Due to the overall cost of the installation, the equipment, maintenance and lifespan, especially as it will rarely be switched on. The installers must have also found an installation/manufacturing safety fault with the system, it may only be a SELV system but it cant be run at 50v all the way from the control panel the volt drop would be too great, so they must have 415v cables under the pitch and installed in series, thats my assumption anyway. http://sport.scotsman.com/falkirkfc/This-f...kill.2647361.jp So I'm glad we have a nice and simple low maintenance alkathene piping system, To stay on topic d day for butcher, no.

Merged: I BELIEVE.
One game at a time, just remember to enjoy each game as it comes instead of honing in on 1/5/09 it would be great to go straight back into the SPL, just remember to enjoy watching our team along the way. I do believe that the team will collect more points in the second half of the season than the first and where that takes us I dont know.

Motherwell looking for new boss
Going by his post match interview, he knew he was out the door if they lost. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/scotland/8431238.stm In the meantime no point speculating about losing our management/players.

Who ate all the pies?
The harsh reality is they now have a 5 and a half 1/2 year contract, So anything done now will be down to profitability for the catering company, so it depends on how commercially driven they are to increase profits even further by having a far quicker turn around time or if they are happy enough just to make some money. Of my three earlier suggestions, If I was the catering company I would implement suggestion 1, immediately. 2 utilise extra staff for half time as a trial, and check the till rolls compared with the same till operator from the previous week to see how they compare and would look in to employing some fans for peak times as its difficult to get someone to work for you part time with no routine. As for the third option, not interested, not my problem I would still bring in the same revenue weather it is gridlocked in front of the shop or not so would pass this back to the club and say it is for them to improve the crowd congestion, I would then donate some money to assist with the crowd improvements as an offer of goodwill for good relations.

ICT -V- Dundee : matchday thread
I certainly don't think that Dundee are a team worthy of running away with the league, and if they do win I can see a lot of their players getting pumped as the cheque book is reopened to buy players of a higher calibre for the SPL.

Who ate all the pies?
I think I'll give the pie shop a miss till the spring just to see if things have improved by then, the turn around time is far too slow. To Que from the half time whistle and miss the first 15 minutes of the second half isn't really worth it, after all I went there with the main intention of watching the football not dining out. If would prefer to make a few suggestions instead of just moaning. 1,Put a big writing board on the back wall in the shop, with the heading 'ITEMS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK' and write with a temporary marker the unavailable items below, this will save time conversing with staff as to whats available, then there is the thinking time as to what else to get, plus the possibility of that being out of stock too. Customers can then buy whats available instead of talking about what isn't. 2,The till operator/pie getter/drinks pourer/sweetie/crisps collector person takes too long to get rid of customers and the clue is in the operators title, Get a routine established the person at the tills takes the money, gives the change and pours the drinks, each pair of till operators has a gopher or each operator has their own one if warranted, who collects anything else. the till operators were quite happy to do everything themselves today which didn't really help get rid of the ques and left an eager looking helper standing like a spare part by the pies. Give some youngsters the opportunity to earn say ?5 and a free pie and drink who are currently at the game for working from 3.40 to 4.05 as gophers only 25 minutes work and you go home a fiver up and if you get rid of the ques you go back to the stand early. 3,Buy a tin of yellow paint and paint queueing lines on the floor, put box junction markings in the Que at certain points to allow people a fast and safe access back to the seating area whilst carrying hot food and drinks and clearly mark exit routes from the till areas which should be kept clear, also queueing posts could be used, the type that have the ribbon to section off the ques this would prevent Que jumping. This makes exit from/to the shop quicker, fairer and safer.

Online Match Highlights...Update
Just to clarify things, will the people involved have free entry to the ground for the match? I can see this as a career stepping stone for someone interested in this line of work. If this isn't your career path then it also adds character to your CV too. Not to mention self belief and confidence or perhaps a new hobby to take pride in. Would you enjoy showing off your special camera crew ID badge?

Game in doubt ?
I see that the BBC have only listed ICT v Dundee and Partick v Queens as the only 1st division games. How good is the under soil heating and what temperatures can it cope with?
