This was my issue too - appreciate it’s difficult to cater for everyone, but I’m guessing a fair number of people weren’t able to attend for the same reason.

There are already extensive plans under consultation for the area next to UHI and the new prison though, and a new stadium isn’t part of them.

Forza, it's a shame you didn't make it along to the meeting last night, as the points you raised could have been fully discussed. You would also have heard at first hand exactly what the issues were 4 weeks ago, why the action was taken and the solutions that were put forward both by board members and the young people who attended. My recollection of the tone and outcome of the meeting is very, very different to the second hand view you have presented here. My impression was that everyone left the meeting last night feeling that they had had their say and had been heard, and that the matter was now closed.

I'm also reading that Ruse, across the Danube from Giurgiu and in Bulgaria, is a lovely city and "the next Prague" :)

I'd quite like to go to a pub beforehand, but with 2 kids it's not looking likely... So we'll probably just head to the ground early instead. Bit surprised there haven't been more offers of hospitality from suitable bars and social clubs in the area!

Pretty sure I'd be able to round up some teachers and kids in Moray too! So if there are any other such generous offers out there, please shout....
