Now this is obviously a bit of fun for the off season. I've run this by Scotty and he says its OK. Completely puzzled beyond belief, looks like Howarth is still at the club, but one of the players told me he wasnt playing vs Fort, and one saying he is released. Someone is telling stories for what seems to be no apparent reason

The club haven't kept anyone in the dark over anything. Howarth was, and still is, under contract with ICT. Details of those who made a step up to the U20's and those who didn't get new contracts was posted on the official website on 15th May - http://ictfc.com/news/team-news/1292-eightsome-reel He was under contract and was released according to 3 different U20 players that I have spoken to, I highly doubt they made that up so he must of later been told he can stay if he is still with, however it kinda points against that that we have now signed Baptie ETA: I'll try and find out by tonight whether he has or not

I've been told and repeatedly asked and told again by a player that Howarth has been released, don't know why the club have kept in the dark about it, he had a 2 year deal but it was terminated, this is most likely why Baptie has been brought in, pretty sure Kane Hull is a bit young to be getting regular U20 games anyway

Not sure if he's being kept on or released (Calum Ferguson). He went on loan to Montrose towards the end of the season and I had been checking the Montrose line-ups to see if he was getting a game, but don't think he even made the bench. From reports, I'm of the opinion that Ali Sutherland may be the better prospect. Edit - Just read on the 'Contract Situation' thread, reported by caleydawson that Ferguson has been promoted to the first team squad. He played 2 or 3 but was injured nearly all his time there.

A bit harsh shooting some people down SMEE. The main stand is obviously ugly and the north and south stands arent brilliant either, but while many are suggesting that noone thought we would be in the SPL for that long, we're in it now, and despite Hughes I cant see us going down any time soon. I'd like to see our away end similar to Countys, the new bit where the wendy house was. With the uncovered section nearest the south stand being extended. I know Celtic and recently stranraer have sat there so it could be extended for smaller supports like St J, St M, Partick, etc. tripling its length would accomodate the amount they bring. I also like ICTRoughi s idea of a media suite on the side nearest the north stand. Surely at the cost of doing that it would make a profit in a few years rather than opening and stewarding the south stand when the most (celtic, arabs, sheep county aside) it is filled in 3 columns.

Usually around 200 in the south stand and when we get our higher attendances like 3.5k there tends to be 500 or so away fans, aberdeen celtic county etc Main stand only takes 2200, 1700 covered. I have been told and am almost sure the North and South stands both hold 2200 each, the West stand holds 400, so the Main stand can't possibly only hold 2200

Evans has to stay imo. On fire lately and despite my claims for more strikers this season after Toby and Allen left, I would be happy with Mckay, Evans, Ferguson as our strikers, assuming Mckay stays
