  1. If he was suspended he wouldn't even be allowed on the bench. He served his ban against Stirling. If I were CC I'd make sure Ian was well fired up to face DU in the cup game. We could well need his skills then.
  2. Boruc might be away by then.
  3. Celtic fans site is reporting fee as half million. Apparantly theres interest in Boruc that would see Celtic make a fair profit.
  4. Has to be 3rd cos that night is Rossco's testimonial dinner and I cant see him being fit for sunday. Prices not sure but child consessions are for under 16's though students with current metriculation card. Based on previous form I would hazard a guess at £17 being top price.
  5. Didnt we get £250k for Brewster
  6. Mee's press conference today was probably a meeting between parties on the Brown issue. There will need to be one tomorrow now to announce the move as its already been in the press. Fridays conference is to announce the arrival of a big strapping keeper from the Sheffield area or is it that Celtic are giving us Shaun Maloney as part of the deal. :003:
  7. I think Jonathan really needs to fill up on growth hormones.
  8. Dargo is leaving but I will keep the name for as long as I decide someone else should be idolised. So you'll be HiG next season then mate :004:
  9. ICT official site
  10. What I cant understand in all this is that Mark Brown is committing himself to being No.3 at Celtic. Marshall will always be No.2 but from now till season end he is going out on loan to Norwich, either to help them out or to keep his own hand in, I suspect the former. I believe Peter Grant, who still has ties with Celtic, is behind the request for help. Marshall is Celtic through and through and I dont think he's going for any other reason than helping out a friend for a while. He'll be back warming the bench next season, such is his level of committment to Celtic. How any of this helps Brown I cant fathom. I think its a bad move but if he feels the need to go then so be it. Hes done excellent for us, saved us a few times, and I would wish him nothing other than good luck for the future. Manny, Manny, Manny, not good to be bitter. :018: No player stays in one place forever unless its with the twins of evil. Mark was not spiralling downwards either. |He was doing very well at Motherwell but became a victim of some drastic financial problems that resulted in him and eight others not being paid for a few weeks. We needed a keeper and he done an excellent job for us over the last four and a half seasons
  11. IHE and pinch of salt spring to mind here. CC said at yesterdays conference that there would be no mre coming or going before end of season.
  12. Who knows my lad, who knows?
  13. ITSAGOALCRAIGDARGO, Graham came to us at the start of our first season and, under Robbo, started in 34 games. Ok, he only scored 6 that season but I think nearly everyone in the squad scored at some point that season. If memory serves Barry was our top scorer with 10. Last season Graham only got eight starts and scored twice. Mainly because Brewster chose himself over Graham every time. Personally I'm not disputing the fact that Dargo has scored more career goals (52) than Bayne (25) but then he has also had four seasons more of top flight football under his belt. I do, however, think that Graham Bayne is a much better all-round player that craig Dargo.
  14. Paatelainen do do do do do do
  15. And a big well done to Cowdenbeath for qualifying without their star. Bring on the Arabs. Johnboy, come to the Heathmount that night and I'll buy you two brandies.
  16. Bring em on! And I'll be in the Heathmount after the game to slag of any Arabs that want to join me. :003:
  17. Golly was made club captain at the beginning of last season but after getting injured he kind of lost his place and Dods deputised. Unfortunately he's never really got going since. I may be wrong but I think the position was part of a re-signing deal.
  18. Wouldn't disagree with any of those Scotty. I'd go for Hart as my first choice and have him playing centre midfield. I think thats where he plays best. However, Barry is the one that stands out for me as the motivator and organiser on the pitch.
  19. For those of us ravaged by gale force winds in the middle of the North Sea Chibber, could you elaborate.
  20. How about Caff on the right and Rossco move inside?
  21. The Centenary Club Christmas Raffle was to be drawn on 1st Jan. Has anyone heard the results of this?
  22. And a big thank you to Cowdenbeath FC for releasing him, considering how important he's been in their promotion drive. :021:
  23. Hibs contacted ICT in plenty of time for our match to be rearranged and we agreed. Aberdeen did not contact Motherwell but instead hoped the SPL would have organized any fixture changes. By the time Motherwell were asked they had already shelled out the monies required for programmes, police, stewards etc. so they said no. Aberdeens problem for being a bit naive in assuming the SPL would sort it all out. The reason the replay is on thursday is for SKY transmission. Aberdeen are happy enough to take their paycheck. We're not going to refuse a reasonable request simply because it could one day be us who are asking.
  24. Why do you start every word with a capital letter?
