Souness is on record as saying he will never go back to management at any level. He does alright as a pundit for tv companies and also works, along with his daughter, for al Jazeera.

I dont think Levien was ever the great white hope as you put it. He was given a chance though and has shown himself up to be not the man for the job. He has won three games since taking charge, two of them against Lichtenstien, and has never attempted to win games. His philosophy has always been to defend and hope for the best. Scotlands past successes, much like ICT's, have come when we've been attack minded.

Didn't realise asking questions wasn't allowed. Only chose Pearce as an example. Remember when Craig Brown took over his only club experience was with Clyde and his International experience was with Scotland Youth and U-21's.

Not an easy one to do for away games unless one of the coaching team were willing to write it.

How about someone with very limited club management but who has five years experience of coaching U-21's. Stuart Pearce?? Could someone like that make the grade with Scotland?

Would that be a Scottish team with something like eight English born players in it. Besides I dont actually class an Englishman as foriegn.

The big Scotland plan
Its alright guys, we'll be saved now. Don Cowie called up to replace Scott Brown.

Tour de France
One of the common methods of cheating at that time was not chemicals but blood boosting. An athlete would have one or two pints of blood taken and put in storage till his body had replaced it. the stored blood would then be re-injected into his/her system. This increased the oxygen carrying blood cells in the body by up to 25% thus increasing the stamina capabilities of the muscles. It was also a time when the chemists were producing masking agents quicker than the authorities could produce detection equipment. Personally I believe that if Armstrong was clean throughout his competitive era then he would do all in his power to clear his name. As it is the balance of guilt sways very much towards him having used some unfair means to help him win.

Scotland needs someone with character and charisma. Someone who is totally un-biased when it comes to finding and selecting players. Someone who wont select players just because he knows them from his old club. Although I'd prefer that person to be Scottish I wouldn't overlook any of the successful English managers. Also Billy Stark has been doing fairly well with the national youths. Could he fill the role? All that said Scotland needs to take the bull by the horns and sort out the mess that is Scottish League football. One governing body. Top class academies and better financial support for clubs to help the development of players.

Wouldn't want your choice to be influenced by the expert punditry of Craig Burley

Away Day - Ticket and Travel Info
They are very biter towards the SPL clubs and fans. I heard recently that Green wanted to sell tickets for the Motherwell cup tie at £1 each. His plan was to ofset this by selling programmes at £14 knowing the Rangers fans would pay this. The entrance fee of £1 would apply to both sets of fans. The takings wouldn't then cover the costs to run the game so Motherwell wouldn't get a share. Dont think he actually done this, or maybe he was advised against, but the idea was to specifically punish Motherwell for their vote.

For those who travel to Inverness for games
Here's a cracking deal for any couples who fancy an overnight stay and hospitality. I've stayed in the Encore a few times and its normally priced close to a hundred quid for room only so the deal on offer is excellent value. http://ictfc.com/news/club-news/648-one-for-our-travelling-fans

Tannoy music for Friday
Think you miss the point mate. If the club are going to invite a band then that band should be allowed to do their bit. I've no complaints about the music but I think its very unwelcoming and downright rude to invite some of our armed forces and then drown them out.

ICT -V- Ross County
I'd love to be able to stand out on the pitch to hear exactly what the players hear. I was in upper B main stand and, although I could hear the chants from both end stands, it didn't come across as loud yet I know it would have been. Both sets of fans were in good voice though. Its a strange stadium we have where sound doesn't seem to carry in all directions.
