SMEE this was like a whole knew game. We didn't just play well in patches. We played well for the whole game. We kept the ball on the ground. We made very good passes and we controlled for most of the game. The only blip was the one that led to the equaliser. If this team can stay injury free and give the same performances as today we will be knowhere near the relegation zone. If our first competitive game of the season is anything to go by then we have some great games ahead.

Why does the whole world assume Celtic will walk the league. I've seen nothing so far that suggests they will. Lennon hasn't done anything to show that they will. We, on the other hand, are capable, on our day, of beating every other team in the league. We have a decent squad and we can shock a few. IMO this season is the chance for a few teams to win the league and they will be trying. We could just as easily be one of those teams though realistically I see us finishing around mid table.

Yes we are down on last season but I wonder if there was a boost last season and the season before from the promotion season. I would also be willing to put money on the figures from other teams not being a true reflection of the truth. For example Aberdeen have had falling figures year on year for the last three or four years. This season they say they are up. As do some of the other teams who previously reported falling figures. Have former fans come back because they see a better possibility of success without Rangers?
