    Sorted Jo-Wilfried Tsonga
  2. I have x two and even though I may be spending half my time offshore Angola
  3. Train times are crap out of Dingwall after game. First one 19.19 would mean two hours in the Mallard and 20.15 from Sneck back down to Perth. Could my body handle it. Could my immune system cope with the extra hours subjected to the great unwashed. ICT build a hotel.
  4. Well done to all the club chairmen who put sporting integrity and the view of their fans before financial gain. Especially Mr Cameron
  5. The only bit wrong is SPL
  6. As promised I have now purchased two ST's online for main stand. By my reckoning and based on ticketing web we have sold 2338 of the available 4086 season tickets. Hopefully now that the vote has been cast a few more will make purchases
  7. Kilmarnock have been baled out by their fans before. They could well be in that position but I say do what others have to do and cut the cloth to suit. Pay more sensible wages and reduce squad size. Sell the hotel.
  8. If Dundee are exempt from voting the surely the runners up in each of the playoffs should also be exempt as they would automatically go up a place. By that reckoning 14 votes needed to dump Sevco to the third.
  9. The guy has a family to feed. He doesnt want to move out of Scotland and the only teams who could offer him a similar lifestyle to that which he had at Hearts are Celtic and Sevco. Only one of those clubs showed interest. Dont people think he's entitled to get the best deal he can?
  10. Would have gone but wife working so needs car and Buckies one of the most difficult places in the country to get to by public transport.

  12. With luck the next headline will be 'Doncaster resigns'
  13. There's one thing that everyone is missing here. If TV money is renegotiated then the drop will be not much more that that which Rangers would have recieved in the current unfair duopolitical regime.
  14. Not only is his opinion nonsense, his posts read like they were written by a 13 year old doing a creative writing assignment two weeks after hearing their first Smiths album. I can imagine him skipping round his room waving a bunch of daffodils before posting. His opinion is his entitlement just as yours is yours. Make comment is you so desire. Make arguement if you so desire but please refrain from personal insult.
  15. Dunfermline Abbey is the ancient burial ground of the monarchy of Scotland Dundee 8-9 Dunfermline
  16. I'm sure they claimed not long ago that they were ahead of schedule. That aside I have no problem with them sharing other than the pressures that are put on the pitch and on our goundsmen. My personal opinion is that, if they are not ready then the authorities should be able to take decisions on a month to month basis. If they need to share for a couple of games then fair enough. Let them reapply to use their own ground the following month. Groundsharing does a lot of damage to the pitch and to clubs finances. We fought long and hard to get the rules changed so that we could put criterea in place to allow us to return to our own stadium earlier than initially planned. The rules that were put in place by government were taken to extreme by the SPL, for no other reason than they thought they could select and control who were the members of their little cartel, and eventually, first by challenges from Falkirk and then from us, they faced the wrath of honest fans who could see through their schemes and relented somewhat. Now they are seen even further, by the efforts to try and save Rangers in the SPL, as being dishonest and unfit to run our game. The tide is turning and Ross County can be another big player in turning that tide.
  17. The Elizabethan is an all right pud Dundee 6 - 6 Dunfermline End of extra time. We're now into penalties. Dunfermline prevented us from a Scottish Cup final. Dundee 7 - 6 Dunfermline
  18. Red and Black are not our registered colours so we would need to re-register new colours with SFA/SPL and I don't see us going to that bother. It has to be done every year anyway SPL Rule B10.1 By 1st June (or such other date as may be fixed from time to time by the Board) in each year, all Clubs shall submit to the Company written details of their first, second and, where applicable, third choice colours (of shirts, shorts and socks) and such details shall be published in the Directory of Clubs printed in the League Handbook.
  19. Ok so I'm not quite as smart as you obviously so I dont know what the exact term is but its that period of employment between age 17 and 19, which is like an apprenticeship and is subsidised by the SFA in the same way as any other apprenticeship is subsidised by state. Further research has found the terminology. The Modern Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence (football). For players of 16 and above and leads to a Level 3 qualification. I believe that as well as what those players do at their clubs they have to attend SFA run modules.
  20. Just because he hasnt phoned you personally to tell you what he's doing doesnt mean he's not doing anything. I expect a few announcements to be made by friday.
  21. The SFA has money and could alleviate the pressures on clubs. I think the future is a total shake-up of the way things have been run. I hope people will realise that giving the lions share to the top team(s) in the hope of european success was a total failure and that we need everyone on a level footing to create competition. Scottish football was successful before the SPL and TV and it could be again. Change will take a few years to bring fruit but I believe it will happen.
  22. I hope quite a few cos we must have an U-20 team
  23. Rene our league organisers get in a tizzy if two games are cancelled for weather. How the hell would they fit in another six games. Play them weeknights? Have fans and managers moan about the number of games they have to play? I know they do two a week south of the border but we are big tough Scottish teams. We cant handle it.
  24. They'll all walk eventually. Apparantly Green is set to challenge HMRC over them blocking his CVA whilst allowing Portsmouth's. Dont understand quite what planet this guy is on. Portsmouth owe the taxman £2.4 million which I believe represents a very small percentage of the total debt therefore if all other creditors accepted the CVA then HMRC had no power to stop it. With Rangers HMRC were owed over 75% of the debt so had the power to stop CVA. If me, a mere mortal, with no financial knowhow can see that then why can't Green and his advisors. The way things are going there wont be a football club to argue about any longer.
  25. Martin was on an apprentice contract I believe.
