  1. Are you serious, and I quote "2 of his best performances", is that all that is required of the players, never mind the other dozen or so where he was posted missing, listen to yourself, I cant believe i am even answering this, what I will give you is Why NOT play him ? we are continuing to do what we always do, NOTHING, and going with what we have, because we dont look for anything better, Finances, Whatever, Bronson, I dont believe I have ever answered one of your quotes, but because tempers are flaring at the moment and mine included I think we should just agree to disagree, for me 2 good games isnt enough, for you that maybee the case, but not for me. I think Tokely should be rested yes, but I can't remember a game where he has been "posted missing."
  2. It is nit-picking though. As I've said, Brewster has a lot of faults, but if for instance Gary Wood had taken the same touch and Brewster had just stood there looking at him, most on here would be talking about a lack of passion. You lot are all very entitled to your opinions, as I am mine, and if you come to me with Brewsters abysmal record of late or his stupid idea that wingers should play on their less comfartable sides, then I will agree with you straight up. However, when someone moans because a manager gave a player a bollicking for doing something poorly
  3. Somewhat suggests that ICT are his fall back, if what Malky says is true.
  4. Agreed, Brewster has his faults, as both you and I would probably acknowledge, but the constant nit-picking by some on here really is getting tedious (spelling?). You really are a tedious **** (spelling?) Hello Pot? This is Kettle. Your black.

  6. Yeah, agree with those that say Barrowman hasn't been given the consistent run he needs. He was brilliant at Pittodrie, and looked good against Falkirk.
  7. I would say we will probably never find out. My own reasoning is quite simple. Rory like a lot of other players who have been at our club are never given a run i.e. 5 or 6 games, to show whether they are good enough or not. It is not easy coming on for 15 mins every now and then and having an impact. Rory was our first choice striker for a couple of weeks under Christie.
  8. Splitting hairs here IMO. Most on here wanted Neil Warnock to come in when Christie left. If you have seen Warnock on the touchline, you would understand my point.
  9. Byrne was hooked at half time on at least two separate occasions when we played Aberdeen he was playing that badly. You know your struggling when you're replaced by Andrew Considine.
  10. IHE I dont often disagree with you but Duncan is good at breaking up play, HOWEVER he then gives the feckin ball back to the opposition You mean like against Aberdeen for our second goal?
  11. Pretty much spot on.

    Rooney

Our best striker by a fair distance.
  13. Riordan > Miller IMO However, it now looks like Iwelumo will start, and it genuinely wouldn't suprise me if Clarkson got a run out.
  14. I can also recall numerous games where Hart came off the bench and looked like a fish out of water.
  15. Richie was a very usefull sub to bring on and change a game , to say he was never good enough is complete tosh. Call it as you please, Hart would have one very good preformance (1-1 at Ibrox springs to mind) then follow it up with a couple of stonkers. Never had the consistency, a crucial factor for a top level footballer. Bayne was a big lad and he ran about a lot. Don't get me wrong, I never doubted his passion and commitment, but in terms of technical ability, he was nowhere near SPL standard. I say again, neither were good enough.
  16. Danke
  17. Grant Munro?? Local lad, but never read anything about him following ICT pre-signing for them.
  18. Bayne and Hart were never good enough.

  20. Read an interview with him, talks about spending a lot of money following Caley Thistle and that its an honour to play for his club. Don't think we've actually had a dyed in the wool ICT fan in the squad before.
  21. I wouldn't ditch it per say, but the blatant lack of organisation that goes into one of Granty's long throws is our undoing. It's obvious that the team don't actually work on this in training the way other teams succesful with the long throw do. For example, nobody goes short to drag a defender away from the melting pot, and nobody parks themselves at the edge of the box for when the ball gets cleared. A bit more organisation, and it could be a useful little weapon.
  22. Agree with both those points.
  23. Scored for Livi today.
  24. My understanding (and I would genuinely love to be corrected) is that the SUSD campaign has stagnated over the last couple of years. Fair play to Buffy and co, and I will have no quams signing the petition, but standing at top level football will never return. Don't know why Dunfermline should have any issue though, pretty sure there's no rule against them having a terrace?

In terms of signing permanently, Black is better and Vigurs has more potential. In terms of a loan move this would probably be of benefit to both parties.
