  1. As with any tick or leech you can't just rip it off. It needs to be extracted properly so you don't do more damage in the process.
  2. HOE just seen delivering an industrial shredder to the stadium.
  3. It's not the fumbling of paperwork I'd be worried about.
  4. Povlsen only acquired the NC500 brand in 2019. It was the North Highland Initiative (established by King Charles) that came up with and implemented the original idea. As I understand it Povlsen is trying to undo and lessen some of the negative impacts. Although that would seem like trying to put the Genie back in the bottle. A discussion for another topic.
  5. Fans at the meeting did not WANT administration. What was being said was that the risk of administration was preferable to having the soul ripped out of the club by moving operations to Kelty.
  6. Not a penny from me till Gardiner is gone.
  7. Of all the names on that directors list it's Panos Thomas that worries me most given his history with Watford and Laurence Bassini.
  8. I hope his CEO contract is as watertight as all the ones he was doing for the club.
  9. 40 days to sort out the mess the club is in off the park and find the money to sign players to put a team on the park. Given everything that's happened there's no way the board can trust Gardiner to play any part in that.
  10. Absolutely spineless to walk away and tell the board that's left that Gardiner is their problem. No acceptance of accountability from beginning to end.
  11. Can you pick up from Kelty, and do you have space for 25 plus bags? Asking for a friend.
  12. You seem to be working on the premise that the club had no costs relating to the concert and battery farm projects. You also can't ignore the associated financial implications. Concentrating on these projects instead of the bread and butter activities meant the club had no income from things like hospitality, player/match sponsorship etc.
  13. If you take out the losses from the first few years and the last few years then that would suggest that during the middle 20ish year period the club was actually living within it's means and achieving success on the park.
  14. 5 days a week 52 weeks a year for multiple years. If that is the £300k and it's full payment in advance then maybe not that great especially when you factor in cost of maintenance etc for that volume of use. If it's the annual payment then great so long as we actually get it. We don't have a great record with commercial contracts and agreements.
  15. I find it a little suspicious that the creditor and debtor figures are the same. It feels like just another lack of accountability statement 'we're £300k in the hole and can't pay our debts but it's someone elses fault'. If this is money due in from the hydro place renting carparks then is this just another grand scheme set to go wrong? That was a deal done with our sponsor but they have since sold the hydro to another company. Have we hacked off our sponsor by not getting the battery scheme over the line? Were all these agreements dependent on each other? Lots of questions and still not many answers.

  17. Here's a solution to the housing issue... https://www.hspc.co.uk/Terraced-House-For-Sale-28-Telford-Street-Inverness-IV3-5LB
  18. I've not seen anyone doubt RMs passion as a fan but right now he's allowing his loyalty to a friend to override that passion and do harm to the club. We the fans are not responsible for the money he has put in. Money that there is nothing to show for. He has funded the gamble to keep spending on large player wages, a CEO, a sporting director (who's been paid to sit at home for 7 months and was moonlighting on the radio while here), 2 useless managers (one of whom he gave a 2 year deal and then sacked 5 games later and the other that got us relegated), not to mention all the batshit crazy side projects. He spent his money chasing his vision of the club and now he expects someone else to come in to give him his money back and bail the club out. He claims that people at the club fully support the idea but people from the club are telling others they knew nothing of it until it was announced. Cry me a river and float the F U C K O F F down it. If he'd spent that money on the stadium and improving the fan experience. If he'd focused on fan engagement and the basics. Then I'd still be a ST and willing to chip in a bit more besides. I suspect others would have as well.
  19. Why should someone else carry the cost?
  20. Don't think they release the podcast on 78s unfortunately.
  21. Lots of individuals in the room who own shares and have businesses that own shares who were calling for a boycott. I can't see there being any law that would prevent such a thing. It was highlighted by someone that anti boycott laws refer only to public bodies which got looks of confusion from the trust board and they said they would look into it. I don't think it really matters in the grand scheme of things as the message that fans want to see a boycott was made clear and the trust did not oppose that. It just seems that if supporters trusts don't have the power to endorse or call for such action then it seriously weakens what they can do in these situations. Bringing fans together and allowing them to clearly and collectively voice their views was job done for last night. I don't think there was any doubt in the room that admin is a dangerous option. The view seemed to be that the Kelty thing was removing the club from the community and would be akin to losing it. No Kelty move and admin at least offered a chance of keeping it.
  22. It was clear that the vast majority in the room were in support of a boycott on season tickets but the trust said they could not endorse it for legal reasons. A quick google shows that other fans groups have endorsed season ticket boycotts so I'm not sure what's different for us. https://www.shropshirestar.com/sport/football/wolverhampton-wanderers-fc/2024/05/23/wolves-1877-supporters-trust-message-to-fans-boycott-season-ticket-renewals/ https://www.sportsbusinessjournal.com/Articles/2024/03/27/manchester-city-premier-league-ticket-prices Either way the message from fans was clear and those in the room would rather take their chances with administration than accept the Kelty project.
  23. Anyone got Kenny Cameron's phone number?
  24. Some players have been 'housed' in hotels. Austin Samuels has been living in the new AC Marriot.
  25. That would be a first and totally out of character. They're also not allowed to make any change to the submission that went to council so the only thing they have to do is write a letter saying why they think the decision was wrong.
