Latest on Game Status: ON

The fog seems pretty thick this morning, after the farce towards the end of the partick game could the game be in doubt?

Good question!

I would imagine you would get a full refund.

At least now I don't have to worry about not being able to make the game.

I still really hope it goes on mind you, I want games to come thick and fast so we can play some catch up.

As a Rovers fan travelling up from Aberdeen, this game better bloooody be on! Made the trip to Kdy last week to find the game was off , don't want to do the same again :D

Is there not a pitch inspection?

mind you I did hear about the Patrick game a few weeks ago that the fans couldn't see the other end of the pitch and the game wasn't called off!

Its more to do with what the ref can see, can he clearly see his assistants etc, mind you some ref's dont see a lot of things, fog might lift later it did for a whi;e yesterday.

Not sure if we will use the undersoil heating in this division? Anyone know if it was on overnight (a plume of steam from the boiler is a clue)?

Morning guys, just getting ready to leave the Kingdom of Fife just now to head up. By the sounds of it, this game is in serious doubt....

Is there any inspection planned or a time when its likely to be confirmed that the games off.

Cheers guys.

No.... The game won't be called off until about 2.55pm this afternoon.

They have to wait until everyone's arrived and paid their non-refundable admission money.

Just called the stadium and have been assured that the game is definately ON. For those travelling from Kircaldy, please be careful, apparently there was a spate of rtas on the A9 last night.

that was the feeling i had, continuing down the route of how well our clubs and organisations look after the fans these days!!!!!

goood news :D

When the referee stands on the half way line he or she decides if visibility allows a clear enough view of both goals from where they are standing.

That's usually the case.

So it's up to the ref tbh. The partick game was a wee bit of a joke second half and I would have liked to have seen the game called off (And, of course, we were losing.)

Right, I going to the bookies. 5-0 ICT coming up today.

Hi there every1,

For all those concerned folks out there, the fog is lifting nicely and the game will be going ahead as planned.
