Bbc Alba arent doing it now (pitoddrie), they were listed but the fixture has changed, may be a cunning plan to get espn/sky involved.

Alba are at saturdays game as scheduled though.

The Alba games aren't live though. They show the full 90 mins about 2 hours after the game has finished.

It's good if you can hold off from looking at the results. I watched our victory over St Mirren 'as live' on BBC Alba. And I'm glad I did. That was a good game.

Every club in the SPL as part of the TV deal has 2 or maybe 3 of their Home games shown live over the course of the season. Of course this means Sky can have Hamilton v One Half of the Old Firm one week and then ICT v One Half of the Old Firm and then Kilmarnock v One Half of the Old Firm and so on.

OF on pretty much every week whilst still complying with the terms of the TV deal and giving the rest of us the 2 or 3 Home games we are due.

it's a double whammy for the ugly sisters. old firm games are about the only time the cameras are allowed into their grounds (for spl games). this is because, those games will sell out regardless of tv coverage. the knock on effect is their grounds are always nearly full for home games and for away games they don't take as many fans with them. the result of this is, they keep coining it and the rest take the hit of a reduced gate. someone should maybe mention this to walter smith the next time he bleats about eufa being unfair boo hoo.
