2-1 down underservidely, controlled most the game but Motherwell are dangerous on the break through humphries, first goal was a corner that sneaked in at the near post, the second humphries stretched his legs tore past shinnie and draper and gave higdon a easy finish. Foran motm so far. Tidy finish, very good aerially.

Presumably King is injured and none of the new signings are in the squad. Presumably they were signed too late to be eligible for inclusion in this game?

Just said on the radio there that Raven was a "late inclusion for King". He must have been injured in the warm up, with Meekings initially replacing Raven on the right.

King injured in warm-up I think. Roberts is on the bench.

    Oh dear! If we didn't know it already, it looks as if we're already in a relegation scrap!. Long hard season I fear.

    We are fine going forward, we have had more shots on goal than Motherwell. However this defence is worse than last season, we have this until January at least which is worrying...

    Embarrassing scoreline. Shipping goals at an alarming rate and a full two weeks before we can address the problem. Woe is me.....
