The 'Tulloch' Caledonian Stadium is hosting a game on Saturday - the Highland Amateur Cup final...billed as the Champions League final for North amateur football!
Many, including me, are unable to travel to Birmingham on Saturday for various reasons - but our ground can still provide a football 'fix' that day, for those who are interested in football at this level!
Carloway are facing Avoch in a 12.30 kick-off. I've been to two games in this season's competition and will likely head along. There could be a crowd of 500+.
Carloway are the reigning Lewis & Harris Amateur League champions and are in the final for the first time.
Avoch are consistently successful in this competition - this year they're playing in the Inverness & District Amateur League.
An Avoch win would give the 'Inverness League' their first ever winners.
