Has or Chairman and Board lost the ability to speak, tweet or communicate in any other way?

I don't know the 'ins and outs' but there is nothing coming from there that shows focus, direct or hope!!

Getting disillusioned with the powers that be in ICT.

yes, thats the one thats meant. It was shared about an hour after that post was made here !  Definitely worthwhile to fill it in though regardless of where you heard about it ?
