Gary Bollan

What about Bollan? What contract is he on? How much is he getting paid. Will he go back to being an Uncle Fester lookalike for a day job?

He doesn’t seem to add much to the overall coaching and development. If he does, then why is there a need for Kelllacher? Surely no need for both? Don’t we also have a sports scientist/ coach. All seems a bit excessive for our Club.

Bollan has 12 years experience of being a manager in his own right the Scottish leagues. He ought to be a huge asset to Ferguson and to the team, and ought to be capable of managing a League 1 side like us,  but I just cannot imagine that anyone will be considering him seriously for the job as he must be seen as partly culpable for the dismal style of play and performances this season.

Managerially he was last with Cowdenbeath who were bottom of their league when he left. After that he was selling car parts in Dundee. Now got a decent side kick role at ICT.

Perhaps this is a cost we can cut and just elevate either Esson or Kellacher to #2.
