I got to amdit it is excellent news and the news the chairman is going to invest in the infastructure of the club, I wonder if that means a new stand on the west side.  I heard a building company have been in talks with the club about it

Judging by the lack of responses to this thread, it would seem that good news is of little interest.

dont think anyone is reading this thread - all the action is in the Niculae one .......

definitely good news, not only a healthy profit but also an undertaking from the chairman to make the experience better for the fans ... two thumbs up  :021:

I hate when people post lines like that - makes you feel like whatever you post after it is done so out of some kind of guilt  :029:

You are right however, and the fact that any club in the SPL, let alone one of the smallest, is managing to turn a profit in the current climate is quite remarkable.

The bank book must be looking pretty healthy these days which will not only assist in attracting new investment, but starts to open doors when loking at new developments and initiatives.

Maybe one day we'll be able to buy back the stadium.

Given the current climate in Scottish football posting a profit should be regarded as a minor miracle  :clapping03:

Just look at Hibs - sold ?12 million worth of talent in 2 years and still in debt
