Can anyone tell me, has there been many, if any, seasons we have slipped backwards in respect of our league positions since we joined the Scottish Leagues? I am pretty sure almost every season since we joined we made progress, albeit only small in terms of final league positions

Nah.. we have had s few seasons where we droped a few places ( first div ) and the last season in the SPL in case you didnt notice.

I believe the the answer is 2 - one season coming through the leagues, and last season.

2000/01 we finished 4th but dropped to 6th for 2001/02.

We finished 8th last year after finishing 7th in 2005/06.
