It probably is! Wouldnt be suprised if it isnt "official" replica tops, rather, cheap immitations. Keep us posted

I've seen this being done in the past, it might have even been the same company. It appears that the shirts may be "seconds" or manufacturing overruns of originals which then have certain elements of the branding added afterwards.

For ?15 though you can't really complain.
