  1. No problems with the stewards at all. They left us to it. Standing, singing, jumping around were all permitted. Big thumbs up.

  2. Just checked on Soccerbase....never in Premier(ship) Div2 days in 1998: 0-1 away to Partick 2-1 home to Livvy Actually that was a stunning start...6 wins and a draw in first 7 games...would I be tempting fate if... Great result today. Well done Terry & Co.

  4. And don't forget Dungdee when they put us out of the Scottish Cup semi with all their expensive imports they couldn't afford.

  5. Common sense seems to have reached Tannadice. They didn't seem to bother anyone and there was standing throughout the game.

  6. ICT were EXCELLENT today, all over the pitch. Totally controlled the game, and I'd give MotM to Draper who played a big part in that. I lost count of the number of tackles he made. Very impressed with Vincent too. The only possible criticism would be that we weren't clinical enough in and around the box and should have sealed the win earlier. And I suppose it should be mentioned that Brill gave us a couple of scary moments when trying to dribble the ball round attackers rather than take the safety first approach. Utd on the other hand were rubbish. Disjointed, lethargic and just didn't have our fluidity or clear gameplan. Having said that, they should have snatched an undeserved equaliser when Goodwilie somehow put it wide with the goal gaping. But then Shinnie also seemed to miss a sitter after Billy surprised everyone by squaring it when through on goal. Great performance and great travelling support too.

  9. Fraz. Sorry, I disagree . Scottish Football needs a resurgence of interest and perhaps lower prices not a re-appearance of "The Rangers" who attracted incorrect decisions in their favour, too much money out of the pot and a host of other negative things. If they can crawl back into the top flight so be it but help them.? Heh, we have never had such an opportunity to get out from under the stupefying shadow of the big as we do at this juncture of the emergence and flowering of the new Scottish Football model "One for all and all for one. Without them we have more space to expand and grow stronger IMHO. The next big team will be the Pride of the Highlands ...ICT.

  10. Would you not be quicker going A20; M20; M26; M25; M40; M42; M6 TOLL; M6; A74 (M); M74; M73; M80; M9; A9; M90; A90; A85; A991; A92; As for Runrig, there was a time when I'd maybe have agreed with you but Guthro is doing a good job with them.

  13. Here's the most obscure one of all : Derek Stillie was called up by Sealand last year for their first ever international, against the Chagos Islands. Pre-match build up and highlights here : http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17981522
