Well I suppose you folk have got to snipe at someone now that J H has gone. There are many good reasons why a player can go 'off'', take David Raven for example his form dropped because he was trying too hard to live up to the fans' expectations. Tansey is still performing well enough to justify his selection and the Team needs his influence.
  2. You mean the 2nd half of the Motherwell match. 19÷2= 9.5. Cheers for the feedback CaleyD.

Tansey's game is his passing, distribution and vision, perhaps there has to be a link that since we lost a lot of our creative players who could read the game such as Christie, Watkins, Mckay it looks like Tansey isn't performing, where passes that once he would find players running onto or in positions is lacking? Our forward line has changed a lot and over time familiarity is required, they need to learn his game as much as he does theirs, currently he looks a frustrated player who is trying to compete alongside Vigurs playing the same type of role. There is no doubt his natural ability to play a pass, hit a free kick or nerves of steel when we get a penalty are enough why he warrants selection. During games he works hard and while not everything comes off for him just now I think we are stronger with him in the side than without.
  4. Good point......it's effective from (and including) the Motherwell game on 28th Dec. Will add that to the website!

Aberdire in his head and his long sought destiny in the near future. I have always said that Draper + Tansey = CLASH. Swop him for Storey + cash at New Year.

There's no question that Tansey hasn't hit the same peaks he once did after the sorry transfer saga with Aberdeen in January but I'm still a massive fan of the guy. He's still one of our best players even playing below par and the first name on the team sheet pretty much every week he is available. I feel he's almost become symbolic of ICT since his return such is his importance to the side. Sadly I think his departure is inevitable and whilst he may not have been at his brilliant best over the last few months I would still be very sad to see him go. Patchy form or not if he decided to stay with us even for another season I'd be delighted.

I am actually nowhere near as annoyed as i should be if we we're to lose Greg. For me he has been one of if not the biggest disappointment of this season. Given every start possible never dropped and am really struggling to think of anything great he has done this season that stands out. If he leaves am fine with it, even if it is to Aberdeen.
