  1. A wee bit of positive news, I hope - Andy and his team (who do the highlights filming from the A9 side of the ground) invited me along on Saturday to act as the 'commentator' for a test run of their new software which allows them to live stream the game with those cameras with some graphics (not Sky Sports-esque, but still pretty decent looking) and also run instant replays of incidents as part of the live coverage. They even set up a monitor so I could actually see the stream and the replays during commentary. Everything seemed to work great and as far as I can tell there's no reason why their cameras can't be used as the source of the live stream for matches moving forward rather than the Pixellot camera.

Scot Gardiner is right when he said in the press towards the end of last week that we can't sustain crowds of 300 into the new year. It is also annoying to see that in Tier 2 as well as Tier 1 areas of England they are allowing 2000 fans into stadiums. I'm just watching the Exeter Chiefs v Glasgow Warriors rugby match just now with 2000 fans allowed into two of the stands, one of which is the main stand shared with large player squads, directors, support staff and officials. The groups of fans are also clearly not 2m apart. I also spotted one guy swigging beer out of a 2 litre jug. I am annoyed that we are being unfairly restricted by the Scottish Government up here in an area of lesser overall restrictions than Tier 1 and 2 areas in England by only being allowed 300 fans to attend matches, not to mention the clear disgruntlement this has generated among our season ticket holders unsuccessful in the ballots. If we could open up the wings of the North, Main and South stands at least double that number could be accommodated safely giving our season ticket holders a chance to attend home games more regularly. We wouldn't need more stewards just 3 or 4 more club volunteers to help do the checks to get the additional fans into the ground before kick off.
  3. The South stand was good crack today, enjoyed the game . Only blip was the cockup between our two defenders leading to equalising goal. Thought McPake was going to have a go at Robbo at the end too. Dundee deserved Oscars for all the falling about. Does feel 2 pts lost though
  4. I must say I was well impressed by the organisation from start to finish .Well done ICT . It was great to be back !!
  5. Indeed. And there's no way McPake would have known for sure if he was offside or not from 40 yards away. Even if Sutherland was offside it wasn't by much so suck it up James and deal with it. Three shots on target all game is more telling of how your team did not one debatable "offside" decision.
  6. No! But what a brilliant draw for them! Mourinho tends to put out strong teams even for supposedly easy ties, so it would be fantastic for Dave to be up agains the likes of Kane, Bale and Son. What a great experience that would be for him as he comes to the end of his career.
  7. Ravs has got experience in beating the top flight leaders in a cup, he should be fine
  8. Yes, great draw, Almost certain to be on TV even if there still are relatively few fans allowed when it is played. What odds 3-2 to Marine with Raven scoring the winner in extra time? That could never happen , Could it?
