  1. "Inverness are struggling to break down the Alloa defence but let me tell what doesn't break down and that's the excellent range of coaches operated by D & E! Give them a call after today's ga....goal for Alloa."
  2. We don't have the budget for wholesale changes. That costs money. Generally consistency breeds success (look at our history and Rangers this season). I would be more surprised if Robertson wasn't in charge next season. Still feel he is doing a good job, he is consistently losing his better players and having to try and replace them on a lower budget. This season hasn't be great but there is lots of caveats within that including injuries and the long spell of not playing which have hampered us. Stick with it and roll with the punches
  3. I think Robbo was right to blast them after that second half. Players work all week to get things right on the park, when they cross that white line the same work has got to be there. Need to get it right this weekend.
  4. Why not, I like watching us win! Hopefully we turn Hearts over too!!
  5. Think back a week or two to Robbo’s comments about how the pandemic is affecting him personally and how he feels for the players, many of whom have not seen their families for months. Everyone on here showed support then, and we need to maintain that support, however the season turns out. We should have seen last night out and won, but our away form is poor this season, with 4 points out of 15, and we don’t seem able to keep our momentum for the full 90 minutes. We had a good first half, so if we can find a way of maintaining that level of performance for full games we will not be too far away. However, the challenge is achieving that. The next week or two will make or break our season. If we can put a run together, we will be back in touch as all the other teams are also dropping points. Roll on Saturday! Hopefully the pitch is covered, they have sorted the patch that caused the problem last Saturday, and we get a morale boosting win.
  6. Yeah I think we just need to stick together and show our support as much as possible in these difficult times. Let the season fumble along and get it out of the way until better times ahead. Maybe a wee Scottish Cup run though to cheer us up!
  7. There is no doubt that we are all disappointed and that both coaches and players were at fault last night. However, given all the challenges that we are facing right now, that is a ridiculously unfair and negative post.
  8. Motherwell probably just left him in the car park at the ground for Ross County to collect in the morning.
  9. Our home game with Hearts has been moved to Friday 26 February with a 1945 kick off and will be live on BBC Scotland. As our best performance this season was the TV game away to Queen if the South, hopefully we get a repeat!
  10. I'm sure most of you peeps on here will have seen the after match interview from last night where the gaffer is raging at dropped points. He was raging that players were a), ignoring instructions and deciding to do what they like in matches instead of what they get taught in training etc, he also mentioned players taking the huff at being subbed or being on the bench, which he says will change so that sounds like he is planning on a) making wholesale changes for Saturday or b) dipping into the transfer market before the transfer window Slams shut. I can actually see a few players leaving in the summer and a completely new team for next season, if Robertson is in charge, which is very likely :ictscarf: Lets hope the players got an earful last night and put it right on Saturday because, if not, the calls for sackings will increase drastically.
  11. I’m a season ticket holder but would be happy to join the initiative if it helps. PPV is £10, so a slight increase on that if it gives virtual access to players through the Man of the Match award etc seems sensible. In terms of tokens to watch the game, season ticket holders already have access, so perhaps their tokens could be donated by the club to encourage young fans in some way.
  12. Great initiative. My boy was an in-person mascot in 2017 and loved it. It inspired him to get more into football and between that and his friend Kyle doing well in the ICT youth setup, he registered with Toronto FC juniors to try and emulate that feeling .... its all gone a bit t*ts up for now with COVID, but he's keen to get back to training once things resume ... and it will all have started at the Caledonian Stadium 🙂 I also wonder if there would be enough interest in doing a group match sponsorship like we did for the player sponsorship. You get 10 viewing passes so it would be £48 per head (inc VAT), but maybe a bit less if some season book holders who were already entitled to view the stream were to join in ... The comments to this thread would likely indicate if this was viable or not 🙂
  13. So you’d prefer watching a repeat of the the QOS game?😳
  14. That's Jordan ***** off to C*unty. Still no word on this alleged Billy McKay deal though...
