  1. Incredible how a run of 11 games without a win, can be followed by a winning run, two of which we're definitely deserved. Key goals prevented at key times, and key goals cored at good times. Sounds simple doesn't it. The crazy thing is we have lost just (JUST) 3 games in 13 this calendar year. Maybe that does set us up better than we think for the run-in. McAlear has stepped up to cover the loss of Allardice [and what a great goal he scored], and we are seeing some returns from the loan players, and at last Samuels. We're are a bit short of numbers. so the return of Devine, and in particular a fit MacGregor are important (and obvs Pearson was on international duty). I think Doran and Walsh have big parts to play in the run-in, and that 2nd spot if claimed on the last day could be a deciding factor too. The defence feels fairly solid, and Dodds seems to be able to shuffle the side around to get goals from people. It feels like we have some momentum, and the squad is happy and harmonious. Let's hope for a good April, with a proper spring in the step!

  2. We started this campaign with a five game winning run, it would be great if we could better that from now till the end of the season.

  3. Great game and fantastic atmosphere. First half totally in control without carving them open. Bit nervy after we scored but brilliant to see the attitude to defending our goal - ‘thou shalt not pass’ style. Two top quality goals. Think I got sunburnt!

  5. We've done it before, and if the performances and spirit maintain the level set yesterday, we can do it again.

  6. At last a good performance all over.I have been critical of Sutherland a few times this season, but today I thought he was immense. The big difference was the team had desire, grit, determination and fight.Great to see that spirit back. We need to build on today get the confidence fully back and believe we can do it. Maybe we are coming good again at the right time.Well done to all today.

  7. Team performance, lots of mini battles to be won all over the pitch, which we just about did. Coll Donaldson - heads gone.

  8. This week representatives of ICT (CEO Scot Gardiner and women’s manager Karen Mason) along with representatives from Thistle Colts held open meetings with parents of the P1 to U16s girls teams regards to the transition to ICTWFC. Much of it was assurances regards to child protection and other stringent policies and procedures ICT have. There was also positive discussion regarding the future integration of the girls into the club, including securing the let for training facilities into 2023. Credit where it's due, a lot of effort has gone into making this happen from ICT, Thistle and the many volunteer coaches that support the girl's squads (though it was stated it was actually an easy decision for the club to make in many ways). If the things mentioned come to fruition there is a very bright future for the women's and girls' game in Inverness.
