  1. Thanks for clearing that up Scotty. I thought it was a club for peeping tom, huns!
  2. I thought Esson had a great game, was my man of the match for the saves he made in the second half. Although I thought Gillet played reasonably well, I could not believe how much of a hole he kept leaving for Fortune to slip into in the second half.
  3. I agree with SMEE in some respects. Prison should be hard time, with a loss of rights. The only thing they seem to lose these days is there freedom. SKY TV, games consoles in cells, 3 hot meals a day, A warm clean centrally heated room. Some of them have a better standard of living on the inside than some people who have never comitted an offence have living on the bread line. The thing that gets me the most though is why in this country does the criminal end up with more rights than the victim? Capital punishment is a whole other can of worms. I can see both sides of the argument but come down on the side of thinking in some circumstances like Huntley it would be the best option. Apart from his compensation claims and legal aid, just how much does it cost the UK taxpayer per week to keep him in jail?
  4. Have heard that the player from Israel is a striker.
  5. Acthung!! Acthung!! Agent Capello you may return to the Rhineland mission accomplished!!! And you all thought he was Italian. :( :D
  6. Think a Rooney & Morias partnership could be sweet.
  7. Sarah Ashton-Barlow or Gary Corona (Sounds like a seventies lounga act rather tha a labour MP)
  8. All the fans that turned up for the last game against Dundee.
  9. Supposedly the Astronauts in the space station have been told to look out over Scotland tomorrow for a new man made wonder of the world. 10,000 rusty transit vans pulling 10,000 caravans should be visible from space.
  10. 1000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 Zimbabwean Dollars. Double that tomorrow.
  11. 1992? That's strange because many years ago when I used to put "copper" coins into concentrated nitric acid for O Grade classes, I discovered at one point that some coins were not all copper but rather a grey metal beneath a thin copper layer. These coins were also magnetic so the grey metal was very likely iron. Trying a few coins like this suggested that the pure copper ones were pre 1984, at which point copper coated iron appeared to be introduced. You could afford to destroy money! You must be minted! :D
  12. Always found Dougie frustrating to watch. He would skin 5 or 6 players and then waste his final ball. Johnny Hayes is a much better player in my opinion and will hopefully only get better and better.
  13. I'd like to see both Golly & Roy get a new deal. Golly has looked like a man reborn, playing as well as he did at his peak. Roy has always been a great utility player as he can slot into so many positions for cover.
  14. Have heard from somebody involved with Saturday that it will be a Rod Stewart tribute act.
  15. Never, not while there is an ounce of breath left in my body.
  16. No great loss in my humble opinion. He could make some great surging runs from anywhere on the park but his final ball was almost always a shocking waste.
  17. Christmas trees. When do you put yours up? The kids are hassling me already so I guess I'll have to relent this weekend. ;) :icon_santa: :icon_santa:
