It's gotta be Rossco for the reasons CaleyD states above but it makes such an amazing difference having a solid, dependable and slightly mental 'keeper and also Esson has been consistently good for such a long time now that I'll have to pick both Rossco and Ryan. We play in red and blue and have a rangers icon as manager, therefore we are obviously secret rangers supporters and taking points off them this season, beating them at ibrox in our last SPL season were just terrible mistakes. Disgraceful. I have a friend who is a Charlton fan (his Scottish team is ICT!) and he thinks Pardew is an awful mananger. I doubt very much they will do as well as they did with Hughton in charge.
