  1. So this is what it's like then. Happy New Year.
  2. How did you find the 9 comments today? Because when I read the Courier articles that one from the Motherwell game has now gone.
  3. Where did you hear this? OK - found it...
  4. Must be coincidence Dee - I take it your Maw's pic was a painting though 1/30 sec on a tripod to get the movement in the burn. Really heavy showers that day but it pays to go out as the light can be stunning in between showers. Another one which I mebbe stole off yer Maw is the bridge at Sligachan scanned from a slide I took in 1991 This is on Flickr in a whole set of Skye photos.
  5. I've just voted and it's 75% now. Doesn't give the number of voters like our polls do.
  6. Aye, Polton Inn is the local, but prefer the Laird. I've always seen you as a Rubens rather than a Lowry
  7. LoL Scotty. Oh well, we'll see in a few mins. Ciao!
  8. So - the plot thickens. Despite some people's pessimism about the meeting not changing anything, at least our disgruntlement is beginning to become public, which often starts a snowball rolling. I tried implying on Traynor last week that the media were not doing their duty and ignoring the pressure on the management team, and I've been attempting to do the same at The Herald this week (without success I must admit. If it's not about Watty or WGS, their eyes glaze over and they publish the letter about Aiden McGeady or Kris Boyd instead). The SPL is like a wee club where nobody wants to rock the boat and the Scottish media seem a part of this.
  9. I remember Jay_7 starting a photography thread a while back. So this is an excuse for a shameless plug for my new website which is johnblair.co.uk :thumb04: :018: ;)
  10. Aye same to you Alan and everybody on the board (the message board that is). Too early for Houghmagandie Hogmanay? Remember the old advert I say, 'anytime, anyplace, anywhere'. What product was that? Only Mannie knows the answer I reckon.
  11. You must have been sitting in the wrong place Bigyin. There were a couple of women with kids down to our right who were disapproving but nobody else seemed to agree with them. You probably saw me just before half time when I went down the front and shouted to Brewster to resign.....
  12. Good news. I'm seriously tempted to drive up after work that night.
  13. Agree with you 100% Mr Rob Roy (where you bin?)
  14. Can only agree with the previous posts. Yer a legend Baz. :thumb04: :018: ;) :015: :D
  15. Do what CaleyD did last week, except get the letters 'Brew Out' printed on 7 individual sheets of card. Just raise them every so often and let the stewards worry about who's got them. Even better, swap them around amongst people in the North stand and make anagrams with them. Or hold them upside down. Just have fun......
  16. That's one comment posted on The Courier but it's 'under moderation'. Maybe people here can log whether they have posted just in case there's any 'moderation'
  17. You can have my place Gordy. It's my turn to have a hamstring tweak this week.
  18. "Bump" What email address do I use? Mike Smith?
  19. Yeah I thought the same.
  20. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggggggghhhhhhh!
  21. At this moment I'd take Elvis Presley even if he hasn't left the dugout since 1977.
  22. So, in summary: Brew loses, he gets pelters :thumb04: :018:
  23. I don't agree with that. I don't think St Mirren's squad is any better than ours but they're doing OK with a manager who knows how to get the best out of players of modest ability. However I agree that next season is going to be tough (where have we heard that before?).
