It's part of the whole nonsense of being a 'fan' now at any top-flight club anywhere, or indeed at all major sports and concerts. I used to take a camera along to away games when we were in the old First Division and supply a couple of shots to Bryan Munro for next week's match programme. Even at home games I used to get action shots for this website. That all had to end when we got into the SPL where they had pro photographers at every game anyway. Your involvement in the game or 'event' is supposed to extend as far as buying your ticket and merchandise and concession stall food, then sitting down and watching the 'event' and generally being a good consumer and going home happy at the end. It's why I've been at only 15 ICT games this season and two or three ridiculously overpriced English matches. The other 40 or so have been non-League where you can stand and have a pint or walk around during a game and mix with opposing supporters and even chat to the players afterwards.

League Cup Final
Crackeen idea mun. I'd start with the Falkirk Herald. Them parochial bastroids will never print it.

League Cup Final
FTFY. teams like Dunfermline, Motherwell, Falkirk and Partick have as much reason to complain as we have.

Easter Road and ? Onwards
"Don't let them through guys, don't let them through!"

Watching the lowlights confirms what we behind the goal thought, and most of the home support couldn't see. What looks like a piece of genius by Walker in getting across the keeper for a tap in, is in fact a weak attempt at a clearance by Horner, who just puts it on a plate for Walker.

We haven't had a composed finisher since Wee Stewarty IMO. while the rest of his game would never be good enough for the Premiership, he had the presence of mind to carry out what is actually a simple skill if you take away the pressure.

Scottish Cup 2016 - our defence of the trophy!
40 mins is quite do-able on the way down to ER on foot. ironically you're more likely to need a bus or a taxi on the way back up when they'll be less abundant. No bother for a young chap though...

I'm only complaining about one comment by Richard Gordon which was totally unprofessional. He may be very balanced normally but in this case he was obviously sickened by the result and couldn't keep it in. No amount of bbc apologists can wish this away and I'm sure the broadcast can be retrieved if necessary. I thought Willie Miller was fine and gave ICT loads of credit for a fine performance. I only heard it as I had to go up to Lewis on Sunday for family reasons or I would have been at the game instead of sitting in the car listening to medium wave.

Scottish Cup 2016 - our defence of the trophy!
It was a bit like us against Stirling Tuesday's replay sold out very quickly I'm hearing. Quite fancied going but glad I never got a ticket as I have to dash off to Lewis tomorrow at short notice.

The end (of football) is nigh!
I can understand that allowing people on the radio who are not of a high enough intellectual standard must be very upsetting for you! Also that you picked such a poor example to convince us that we're all up our own backsides... If your memory tells you Traynor was better, you must be showing early signs of dementia Nah, I quite like OTB on the odd occasion I manage to hear it (I didn't today). I see Spiers is on it too. I'm a Scottish football fan. It's what Saturdays are for. The standard is poor but it's all we have. It's never anything like 7 hours anyway if you go to a game. Spend the day getting all the updates then MOTD at night. Magic
