  1. Pedantic maybe, but I'm not aware that the Supporters Club have spoken to the football club, although they may have aired the views of their members. The chairman of the Supporters Trust did meet with the club chairman following a request from the Trust to meet the board.
  2. Of course you can nominate a proxy to attend on your behalf.
  3. While I see your point about the boycott, I am concerned that the team need our support as a cup run is essential to the financial stability of our club. Reducing gate receipts significantly would, I'm sure, make people sit up and take notice, but I don't know if it's good to do something to the detriment of the team.
  4. No problem in his posh new car. All the best Barry, just sorry we didn't have a Christmas bowling night for you to attend. Sorry to see you leave ICT, but as others have said, we hope to see you back some day. Take care and I'm sure there will be a few of us through to see you play v County. xx

    Who?

Barry's signed for QOS.. I agree with Scotty on Robbo until the end of the season.... Barry is currently only on an emergency loan and can't move until the window opens, so he could still stay if there was a change. I would be happy to see Robbo come in on a short term contract with Barry and Duncan Shearer as assistants. Stephen Pressley is looking to come back to the SPL so he might fit in in a player/coaching role, but I'll be worried about another rookie manager. A new suggestion I heard today was Neale Cooper with Duncan Shearer as assistant? Comments
  6. Update here Hopefully there will be a further update available soon.
  7. Better than a taxi!!!!!!!! Cheaper maybe, but not better. Who wants to go all over Inverness after a night out. People want to go straight home, do not pass go and do not get on a free night bus. Just share a taxi and go door to door.
  8. I wouldn't expect to see him in an ICT shirt again, so no surprise he was 'injured' today. He'll be saving himself for his new job.
  9. They will turn out because it's Rangers
  10. Don't think it's Barry, I believe his future lies south rather than north.
  11. Thank you Santa ;) :thumb04: :015: Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells. Merry Christmas to one and all. Have a good one. Let's hope Santa is good to us and brings us 3 points on Saturday. Wish Santa would get a move on, I'm getting quite tired and he's not been to my house yet. I take it that if you are in the Heathmount on the 2nd the drinks will be on you Les!!!!!!! :018: Have a great time and I hope you have all been good girls and boys so you get lot's of lovely presents. 12. It was on the late programme North tonight 10pm
  13. I'm not convinced it will be easy to attract players to ICT under the current climate. So it doesn't really matter how much money Brew is given I think he will struggle to find the quality we need who are prepared to relocate to an unsettled team sitting at the bottom of the league

    Orion

I think you are right Alex - Orion hold around the 12% mark, the Supporters Trust have a 10% voting right which is the equivalent of shareholding but without a cash value and we also have a further ?10,108 shares. This figure could be increased with the proxy from some of our members. Other than David Sutherland, Sandy Catto is also a major shareholder (Not sure what his percentage is though). The press release suggests that major shareholders are in agreement. This clarifies that the Supporters Trust are not recognised by our curent board as 'major' shareholders and I would be very surprised if they have asked Orion for their opinion before releasing this statement. So for 'major' shareholders, read Mr Sutherland and Mr Catto.
  15. If you are not standing in for the chairman you can't carry out the interviews. :thumb04:
  16. ;) :018: You'll be standing in for the chairman in his absence then? :thumb04:
  17. I do believe that Robbo would quickly resolve any reported issues in the dressing room. He is respected by the players. I also think he might have the pulling power to get us some decent January signings and hopefully hang onto Blackie (may be too late for this one) and Cowie. Give him until the end of the season and see where we are then. We need a good cup run and I think Robbo and Barry might just give us that. Right now I am very worried about the Partick Thistle game and they will be more than up for it given our home form. It's no secret that Barry would love to get to a cup final with ICT, this just might be a chance to realise this dream, even if it's not on the park. He could extend his playing contract if there was a change of manager, but I would like to see him in a coaching role.
  18. Oh and I meant to add - welcome back Johnboy - we have missed you.
  19. I think we have to be fair. If this is indeed true, then I'm sure he's not the only person going away at this time of year. I would also suggest that a trip over Christmas would have been booked in advance and not in the last couple of weeks. Our chairman like everyone else is quite entitled to have some time off over Christmas. I'm sure he will be available by phone if absolutely necessary but I don't think we can grudge him his holiday. He couldn't have predicted the current state of affairs before booking.
  20. I am looking for an ipod or mp4 player but no need for 160gb so way out of my budget, although I'm sure it's a good deal
  21. We're on a roll. Please can it be my turn next. Merry Christmas Uncle Albert & Guzz - enjoy
  22. This is my 3rd attempt at posting this as my other 2 replies have got lost in cyber space somewhere. Don, you are absolutely right, we are far from idle at the moment and we do need to communicate that which we will just as soon as possible. Meantime we are still doing membership renewals, mailing a newletter to members, preparing papers for our AGM (22nd Jan), organising youth groups for the games as well as all the normal 'family' things required of us at this time of year. My point to Clacher was that it was a bit unreasonable for 'The Trust' Board (we are just a group of fans ourselves) to have formed an opinion about the Evidence Gathering Team without having had a chance to even look into their remit. I have never heard of them before and all I know about them is what I have read on here. I am of the opinion that this can wait until our scheduled meetings at the beginning of the year. If anyone feels otherwise then we can try to look into it sooner but given the time of year that might not be so easy. We are due to meet as a board and with the football club early January, so we will have more information then. Meantime Merry Christmas to you all.
  23. Clacher - your trust bashing is getting very boring. Every opportunity you have a go. We have been very busy over the last week or so dealing with the 'Brewster' situation, but you will understand we haven't had a chance to meet to discuss this since yesterday. I'm sure it is something that will be discussed when we meet next, in fact I'll give you my assurance that I will put it on the agenda for both our board meeting and the next meeting with ICT. We will then report back once we have something to say. We are a small board of ICT fans who do have lives outside ICT. I think we put a fair amount of time into our Trust duties and had there been a serious incident, I can assure you that our chairman DJS would be arranging a meeting with the club as we speak, but I think this one can wait until our next scheduled meeting. This as usual is only my opinion before you start complaining about the Trust again.
  24. Welcome back to IHE - the one we know and love. :thumb04: I'm not terribly into star gazing but I do recognise that formation. As Stevico says I'm sure I've seen something very similar on a Company logo. :018: Can't wait for the panto and what about the festive fives, I think the ladies still hold the crown. ;)
