  1. Yes plenty scarves. I'm sure we'll have some available on the night as that is the plan. Usual pubs should be covered by board members selling scarves prior to the Hamilton game.
  2. Yes you'll still get tickets. By phone 01463 222880, in person at the stadium, or online at ICT Official Site HERE
  3. It would seem we have 2 different events. Supporter's Trust Race Night on the 12th September and the Supporters Club are having one on the 26th of September. The Trust almost booked the 26th but then we realised that some of us had a prior engagement. Your not the only one confused, the guy who does the race nights almost cancelled the Trust date as he assumed it was moved to the 26th and didn't realise it was different altogether. Shame they are so close together but that can't be helped.
  4. :018: The dreaded number 6 Think you'll be busy on the 26th Sept CaleyD - I know I am. ;)
  5. Hope you are in town on the 12th then Tug, as the Supporters Trust have a race night booked in the Caley Club that night. Details to follow at the beginning of the week.
  6. Very good post Scotty. Don't forget the 2nd instalment of his signing on fee. :004:
  7. ICT couldn't put him to Germany if he didn't want to go there. He would have been quite entitled to just stay in Inverness and see out his contract. Transfers have to be by negotiation. We'll no doubt hear all about it when it's all over.
  8. Where does it say that Marius has agreed to waive his fee? I think you will find that is not actually the case, so it might not be such a bad piece of business after all. Remember he just got married and wants to settle back home in Bucharest, so I'm sure it's not all about money. We might have released his papers, but I'm fairly certain that this isn't over just yet.
  9. ICT made their statement later on last night, which says it has now gone through. I think that there could still be some discussion over Marius's 'cut'.
  10. Neither yet as far as I understand. I think the saga could still continue, although we seem to have accepted the fact that he is away and released his papers.
  11. Steve Cairns is not employed by Orion, he has his own company called ROM Services. Introduced as S C Business Development Manager with Orion. He may have his own business rather than employed as such but he was speaking as an Orion person.
  12. You are right we did not give them away Orion did buy them. I don't think this saga has ended just yet.
  13. Steve Cairns from Orion was on MFR news this morning, saying that Dinamo have completed their part of the business, but Marius is refusing to sign the waiver. I can only assume that the agreement to waive the fee (if indeed it exists at all) must have been verbal. If it was in a legal document he wouldn't have the right to refuse. Rumours do suggest that it is a fairly substantial amount and if we haven't got it written in stone, then no court in the land will make a judgement in our favour. We'll no doubt have to pay up and could even be fined by Fifa or Eufa for misconduct. As I said above, we have given 12% of our club to Orion into the bargain. So I'm not sure if it has all been a good move for ICT. It did serve it's purpose for Marius and Orion have done alright out of it, but I think in the long term ICT have lost any benefits they might have had, by the poor handling of this whole saga.
  14. Let's take these figures as read as they seem reasonable estimates. Was it worth it? Financially - maybe. :024: Remember that in return for their investment Orion received a 12% stake in our football club, so I ask again 'Was it worth it'? :024: Might have made a few quid, but 12% is a large share of the club so 'Was it worth it'? :024:
  15. Why do you ask? How many do you need? As a Trust we didn't want to take on much of a risk, so we ordered a relatively small amount that we were confident would sell out completely. I would expect to have some available on the night of the game but the initial response has been good, so we can't guarentee it.

Kenny is now back working with Tullochs. He did a lot of good work as an ICT Director and it would be good to have him back on the Board in the future. I agree that Kenny is a good guy and would be a welcome addition if he decided to return to the board, but as far as I am fairly sure he has not returned to Tullochs and is in fact enjoying some time out on holiday with his family.
  17. Reedee, I stay not too far from you if it's easier you could pop round and pick one up from mine.
  18. Thank you Scotty - much appreciated. :003:
  19. Yes Tom, I put them down earlier
  20. Fair comment Scotty. If you would like me to send you one I'll put it in the post and let you know the actual cost and you can pay me directly. I think you have a reasonable excuse for not attending the game. :003:
  21. I have heard far too many versions of events to even guess which one is the right one. :017: :017:
  22. No worries Tug - consider it done
  23. We are looking into the logistics of setting up a Trust Paypal account, but I do have a personal paypal account if anyone wants to use that. Alternatively they will be available mail order from the club shop. (I believe p & p is cheaper for telephone orders than it is on internet orders)
  24. The Supporter's Trust are delighted to have taken delivey of Barry's Testimonial scarves. These are endorsed by the testimonial committee and are available now. This is a half and half scarf with ICT colours on one half and Liverpool's colours on the other. (I'll post a pic shortly) We have put a supply into the ICT shop and the Trust board members will also each have a small quantity to sell. This will be a sure collectable item, so get yours now while you can at a cost of ?10 per scarf. Hopefully we should have enough stock to sell some on the night, but we won't be ordering any more so "when they are gone - they are gone"
  25. Lets be fair to Ian here. The P&J chose to print this story today. The last contact Ian had with the press was on wednesday when a few of the players in Denmark were given time to be interviewed by the journo's that are out there. So if he said what was reported then he said it before the deal was official Actually not quite true Alex - In fact quite the opposite. Steven from the P & J has travelled with the team, so he has more contact with the team than usual.
