It isn't that easy, surely, to just get rid of the "poorer" players and replace them with better ones at the drop of a hat? The former need to still be paid their full contractual dues if the deal was for another season or more unless their contracts are about to expire. And if you bring in a better player is it not likely that he will be asking for a higher wage than what has been paid to the "non-performer" just released? Especially when it seems that ICT doesn't have the resources at their disposal to just run wild signing better players. If the club is able to get promoted this season then the pressure on it financially will surely ease but how long will take to accumulate extra finance to ease that pressure? ICT may get better crowds initially in the Premier League but if they don't get on a winning streak right out of the gate then how long will it likely be before the crowds start to disappear?

House prices are also much lower compared to the average price of a smaller, detached house in Vancouver these days of about $1,000,000 Can. With a younger, dynamic population, totally clued in and very progressive, it's a wonderful place to settle in. Very near the Pacific Ocean with easy access to all the major transport facilities. Sounds as if the SFA needs to find many more very competent refs who are as impartial as they are knowledgeable. What do you think? From reading the above it sounds as if the ref saw ICT as a target? How many times have I seen this written down this season? Is this same old, same old, and are we fated or something ,I wonder? Or are we just bringing on misery towards ourselves by not doing the right things or not trying hard enough? As for shouting at the newbie or the youngster that's not going to work or help at all. By doing this you only help to reduce his confidence even further because for sure he knows he either blew it or chose the wrong actions.But keeping your voice level and speaking words of encouragement will help him to forget the mistake and help him to re-establish his confidence. You cannot develop a player's full potential by berating him with harangue after harangue.---unless he is a Smart Alec of course …….. This is a disappointing result . Let's hope there are major changes in the approach by the players and a lot of thought being given to the choice of players by J.R.for the remaining games. For those of us who think that it's going to be easy then please think again.It's that as a matter of urgency or (as it seems to me from afar) just failure to progress I am afraid. Also, John should instruct the players to not do things that give refs a chance to earmark ICT as the bogeyman (that can beat the Celtic and Rangers like) and needs to be taken down by one means or another ----- for the team's own good of course.

Good for you Alan Simpson. True fan you are. Once the team gets into your blood it's game over and you just can't resist having a look on game day can you? It's like me with the Vancouver Canucks ice hockey team. Looks like a sure win on paper and they blow it in extra time. But I just can't resist checking in at 7p.m for the start of the next game and the highly skilled "Newbie" scores in his first team outing in the first period (of 3 X 20 minutes each period) displaying why the Canucks Management has been raving about his performances in a Junior league. They look great after that until the third period and they get beaten 5-2. Go figure. Now DISASTER - they have missed being selected for the PLAYOFFS at the end of that season. The winner takes the Stanley Cup --a thing of beauty. And also why I am on here every day if I possibly can. Daily FIX-that's what it is …. eh IHE? Be nice now!
